Act as the primary interface between BUMA and existing and potential customers. Maintain relationships with customers and recommend new projects based on risk assessment and projected profitability and return. Contract structuring and negotiation within the key parameters approved by BoD and BoC. Monitor contract execution and bridge between customer and other internal parties to ensure proper execution of contracts and timely resolution of any contract-related issues with the customer. Seek to maintain healthy profitability of all contracts. Commercial sensibility and ability to enforce contract terms (internally and externally) is key.
