A long established provider of goods and services
to the Oil & Gas, Mining and Construction industries with principal
facilities located in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan is currently looking for
senior manager to fill the following position:
HSE MANAGER
Responsibilities: • Report directly to General Manager and
Directors. • Set company HSE goals (targets, objectives and programs) •
Develop necessary plans and monitor its implementation to achieve the goals.
• Update Safety Policy, Safety Loss Control Plan, Safety Manual, Standard
Operating Procedures to comply to the current standards and requirements. •
Supervise day to day activities of safety officers and safety reports in main
office, branch site and project sites. • Coordinate Toolbox Meeting, Safety
Meeting, Training & Induction for employees. • Prepare routine audit on
Fire Extinguishers & First Aid Equipments, PPE, Lifting Slings, Over Head
Crane and Vehicle inspection. • Prepare Emergency Response Plan, encourage
and uphold emergency preparedness in the organization, to take appropriate
action in case of accidents, investigate and prepare accident report. •
Prepare Safety & Risk Assessment for projects. • Prepare HSE
Pre-Qualifications or tender preparations for tender submission. • Manage
relationships with HSE regulators and government agencies.
Requirements: • Relevant working experiences in Occupational Safety
and Health for Oil & Gas and Mining industries. • Hands-on experiences
in handling internal audit, documenting system and procedures, reporting and
pre-qualification process • Qualified and certified by SMK3L issued by Ditjen
Manpower or certified by AK Migas. • Must be familiar with regulatory safety
permits and OHSAS 18001-2007. • Excellent analytical, supervisory and
organizational skill. • Good verbal and written English and Indonesian is a
must. Reporting will be in English. • Some site visitations might necessary.
