Purity Brewing Co has been recognised by Management Today as one of the most exciting craft brewers in the UK and one of the brands that the Big Brewers should watch out for. We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic field-based West Midlands Regional Account Manager to develop and drive trade across all channels – with a major focus in the Independent Free Trade channel.
Our new brew house nearly completed and capable of trebling capacity, this is a high profile role that will be essential in delivering this growth. The successful candidate will have an increasing range of Purity beers along with imported premium craft brands to work with, plus huge potential to grow the business in new channels.
Hard working and self-motivated, with evening work and weekends part of the role. Able to work on own initiative, but also perform as an effective team member. Confident, reliable and responsible.

Desired Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with current and prospective customers to drive profitable sales. Candidates must be commercially astute and have experience in account management sales positions. Presentations, negotiation and interpersonal skills are critical, as is the ability to analyse data and turn it into insight.
