1. HES Specialist - Compliance Assurance (1 position)

• Execute IDD Strategic Plan of Project Regulatory Compliance and Compliance Assurance, and provide any feedback for continuous improvement.
• Keep abreast and update the latest government regulations requirement and assess any compliance implication to our project permitting processes.
• Identify the upcoming government regulation requirements and assess the compliance register implication.
• Review all prepared technical documents provided by Delivery Team and Contractors prior to submitting permit or certificate proposal to GOI Agencies.

• Experience with riser and mooring system interfaces to hull strongly preferred.
• Experience planning and executing hull construction and commissioning activities for F(P)SO and similar offshore floating projects.
• Experience managing junior construction engineers of varying disciplines.
• Familiar with industry and regulatory codes, standards and recommended practices from Classification Societies, ASME, etc.

- Senior Construction Engineer – Hull Site Team is a member of the Project Facilities Team with construction engineering responsibilities. The Floating Production Unit (FPU) hull scope will include simultaneous Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Testing of two FPU hulls.
- The Senior Construction Engineer will join the project team at the start of detail engineering and follow the work until delivery of the hull to the topsides integration yard. Responsibility

• Excellent working knowledge of current Industrial Relations practices, Labor Law, or government regulation.
• Possess valid lawyer / advocate licenses is a must.
• Experience to handle various cases of Industrial Relation in the Labor Court.

We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Health & Benefits Proposal Project Manager. This position will support Aon’s Health and Benefits group. The role can be located in Chicago or Lincolnshire, IL or Dallas, or St. Louis, MO or virtual.
The Health & Benefits Proposal Project Manager will lead collaborative, integrated proposal teams to plan, develop, produce, and deliver all proposal deliverables required by the solicitation; and be able to provide hands-on management of the entire proposal development processes, including but not limited to: identification of development of outlines, completion of writing assignments, monitoring time lines, editing, and ensuring compliance with the Aon brand.

The proposal manager/writer will work with colleagues within the ARS-US Health & Benefits Practice, as well as practice sales teams and Subject Matter Experts, to ensure that proposals reflect the best technical, management, and support offerings that Aon can make in response to RFPs. This position reports to the leader of APEx (Aon Presentation Excellence), which reports through Aon Risk Solutions’ account management practice.
The project manager is expected to assist in achieving local sales goals via execution of the core responsibilities of the position; which focus on responding to offensive (new business) and defensive (retention / jeopardy) requests for proposal (RFPs):

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead project management efforts for the RFP response process.
  • Organize and lead proposal meetings and discovery meetings (where applicable) to ensure a response strategy is established and implemented
  • Provide direction for the preparation of the proposal to achieve a response that is in line with the defined strategy
  • Work with consultants and subject matter experts to develop proposal content
  • Write, revise, proofread, and transmit proposals in response to RFPs specific to client situation.
  • Engage in presentation strategy planning, recommendation of content and strategies to increase team success in finalist meetings.
  • Continue to develop a practical and working knowledge of our HR consulting services and technology.
  • Identify trends and engage in process improvement efforts centrally and nationally where necessary

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BA required; focus in Marketing, Communications, Management, English, or Journalism preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years professional work experience in a sales writing environment, or 5 to 7 years writing experience outside of the sales environment.
  • Professional services sales support expertise greatly preferred
  • Strong background in creating communication material, including the development of original written material and the effective editing of written proposal and presentation content
  • Strong knowledge related to HR and Benefits concepts preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Proposal Management Software (Sant, Kadient, Qvidian, etc); Basic PowerPoint skills

As the Completions Engineer – Gathering Implementation your duties will include but are not limited to responsibility for the coordination of Gathering Implementation Completion Documentation including Construction WorkPacks and other construction related documents to ensure compliance with contract requirements and suitability for implementation in completion related activities. Furthermore, you will effectively monitor the readiness for Systems Handover and report progress to the Project Manager in terms of activity, including significant milestones and any conditions which may affect project cost, schedule, quality, timelines and budgets. In-line with this you will regularly review project programs to ensure project expectations and performance criteria are met. You will also assist in the development of technical specifications, procedures and risk mitigation strategies, to ensure construction performance suffers minimum impact from risk events. Finally, you will support project interfaces between Gathering Implementation, APLNG, Origin, suppliers, vendors as well as subcontractors and have responsibility for all aspects of site management.
To be successful in this role you will possess an engineering degree from a recognised tertiary institution and eligible for registration as a professional engineer. Supplementing this qualification will be a minimum ten years experience in the oil and gas or construction industry within a project environment. Furthermore, you will have demonstrated experience in Commissioning, Pre-commissioning, Project Handover, and interfacing with contractors on site during fabrication, installation and testing. Finally, a strong understanding of the regulatory approvals process, project specifications, standards and associated international codes and practices will be highly regarded.
