1. HES Specialist - Compliance Assurance (1 position)
• Bachelor/Master degree in HES or relevant technical discipline – Master

legislation and new regulation in Indonesia (national and local governments
regulations requirements which are applicable to offshore Major Capital Project)
• Proficient with Oil and Gas Compliance Assurance and GOI permitting
processes. • Considerable experience in the practical application of
Compliance Assurance system and tools. • Have experiences on Compliance
Assurance (CA) implementation, preferably CA execution in Major Capital Project.
• Have experiences on obtaining permits and approvals from Central

HES Specialist – Compliance Assurance works with a broad scope of
responsibilities in implementing Compliance Assurance program. This may also
include regulation advocacy and assessment of upcoming GOI regulation. In
addition, he/she will be required as back up to HES Specialist – Permitting in
managing contractor to obtain all permits, licenses and certificates required by
IDD Project from GOI Agencies, especially from DitJen Hubud, DitJen Postel, and
relevant local governments agencies.
The job description include : • Review operational controls for
each citation texts based on GOI regulation”s requirements, including
verification controls and verification which apply in IDD Project tasks prior
submitting to Compliance Assurance tool (Essential Suite program). • Execute
IDD Strategic Plan of Project Regulatory Compliance and Compliance Assurance,
and provide any feedback for continuous improvement. • Keep abreast and
update the latest government regulations requirement and assess any compliance
implication to our project permitting processes. • Identify the upcoming
government regulation requirements and assess the compliance register
implication. • Review all prepared technical documents provided by Delivery
Team and Contractors prior to submitting permit or certificate proposal to GOI
Agencies. • Update schedule and identify any risk of permits and

2. Data Base Administrator (1 position)
• Formal Educational Requirements (or equivalent) : Bachelor”s degree in
Computer Science or related majors. Other disciplines with extensive experience
in Data Management will be acceptable. • Type and Length of Experience
Required (or equivalent): Overall 10-13 years of experience in IT in general;
Minimum five years applications systems implementation that involve data
management (data mining, ETL, presentation/reporting). • Understand Project

of proven and specialist experience in hull construction, especially for
F(P)SO”s and similar offshore floating structures. • Experience with riser
and mooring system interfaces to hull strongly preferred. • Experience
planning and executing hull construction and commissioning activities for F(P)SO
and similar offshore floating projects. • Experience managing junior
construction engineers of varying disciplines. • Familiar with industry and
regulatory codes, standards and recommended practices from Classification

Brief Description: - Senior Construction Engineer – Hull Site Team
is a member of the Project Facilities Team with construction engineering
responsibilities. The Floating Production Unit (FPU) hull scope will include
simultaneous Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Testing of two FPU
hulls. - The Senior Construction Engineer will join the project team at the
start of detail engineering and follow the work until delivery of the hull to
the topsides integration yard.
Responsibility • Work with Project Team and FPU contractor to
champion an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture. Ensure full compliance with
project HES requirements during execution. Ensure all regulatory requirements
are identified and addressed • Facilitate, participate, support and/or
comply with CPDEP (Chevron Project Development & Execution Process). •
Review and comment on the detail design drawings during the detail design stage
to ensure that the project requirements, cost, quality and schedule are met
during construction. • Provide constructability input during the detail
design phase. • During hull construction, ensure that the FPU hull is
delivered safely and meets the project requirements. • During hull
construction, highlight any deviations from the Contract for action by the
Business Manager. • Manage the hull construction engineering team during
hull construction. This is expected to consist of a hull structural, electrical,
marine system, and mooring fabrication engineers. • Interface with other IDD
teams during FPU hull construction, such as the SIC, SEFA, and ORF. •

Qualification • Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering (Mechanical
or Civil desired) • 10 or more years experience with construction work on
large projects. • Experience includes use of design, construction and
behavior based safety principles and concepts, working and communicating with
multifunctional project teams. • Highly qualified in one engineering
discipline and a broad understanding of principles and techniques in other
disciplines. • Performed as field / fab yard representative for one or more
disciplines, one or more areas of a project and supervised other field

Brief Description: Sr Construction Engineer – Topsides and
Integration is a member of the FPU Delivery Team with FPU EPC Contract oversight
responsibilities. The Sr Construction Engineer is responsible for FPU topsides
modules fabrication, integration and onshore commissioning in accordance with
the EPC contract as well as contract management support and interfaces with
other project functional groups. The position is expected to be a safety leader
for the work scope.
Responsibility • Actively support and personally comply with
health, environment and safety processes and procedures. Work with project and
EPC contractor site team to champion an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture.
Demonstrate visible leadership for IIF. Ensure full compliance with project HES
requirements during execution. • Review and provide constructability input
to EPC contractor detailed design documents related to FPU topsides. •
Ensure FPU EPC Contractor compliance with EPC Contract requirements for
fabrication, pre-commissioning, onshore commissioning and handover. •
Coordinate activities of the owner”s team fabrication site construction
engineers. Provide direction to and supervise construction engineers. •
Implement project processes such as mobilization and demobilization of project
staff, deliverable review and comment, action item tracking and closure, change
management, quality assurance and the like using interpersonal communication

1. Construction Area Superintendent (1 position)
Job Function: • Supervises the contractor during the construction
phase of the project, specifically the machinery repairs, refurbishment and
installation during construction and commissioning phase of the project. •
Monitor and appraise construction work in the specific area of his discipline.
• Ensures that contractor provides equipment which comply with all
requirements of Class, regulatory and Company and which meet project”s safety,
performance and durability requirements within the budget and schedule. •
Represents Company”s interest during the detailed design, engineer, construction
and commissioning of the rotating equipment associated with project
specification.
Responsibility And Duties: • Monitor and appraise construction work
of the contractor to ensure conformance and strict compliance to the project
specification, safe work practices and applicable codes for all machinery items
by spot-checking actual performance. Where there is good engineering reason to
adopt any changes from the base specification, evaluate such changes and provide
input to incorporating or rejecting according to the MOC procedures. •
Provide overall technical leadership, expertise, guidance and interpretation of
the standards on machinery equipment when contractor requires guidance or
clarification • Evaluate performance of contractor”s construction
organization and supervisor personnel, suggesting remedial steps where
deficiencies are noted. • Oversee inspection of Machinery activities (test
plans, FAT, etc.) conducted at contractors and sub-contractors facilities.
Attend key machinery testing of new and refurbished rotating equipment •
Ensure the newly installed or refurbished rotating machinery meets the
requirements of the project specification as detailed in the contract including
completeness and accuracy of equipment data sheets • Review original
equipment certificates for compliance to codes and specifications • Prepare
and submit monthly progress data including narratives, charts, graphs, etc to
the Construction Superintendent. • Assist and contribute to resolution of
technical queries relating to all FSO machinery. • Interface with the EPC-4
contractor”s Engineering design team in reviewing design documents, evaluating
requests for clarifications and deviations and providing feedback as and when
required. Support the resolution of interface action items raised in the
interface document register • Provide assistance to the construction and
quality team in interpreting specification and drawings, engineering details,
testing requirements, quality assurance procedures, inspection and test plans
etc. • Assess and evaluate construction sequences and schedules developed by
EPC-4 contractor. • Evaluate and resolve engineering changes and issues that
arise at site, during the construction phase. • Provide input to SHE&S
and regulatory groups in answering questions from the pertinent authorities with

2. Commissioning Mechanical & Piping (1 position)

Job Function: The Commissioning Specialist – Mechanical &
Piping reports to the Commissioning Lead – Offshore Facilities, and his scope of
work includes EPC 3 and 4 Projects . The Specialist primary function is to
collaborate with the EPC Contractors to develop project commissioning plans and
procedures for systems and equipment associated with Mechanical and Piping, and
to execute the project commissioning programs under the leadership of the
Commissioning Lead.
The Specialist shall provide oversight and assists in the execution of the
commissioning and turnover programs and supports all Systems Completion
activities from Construction through Stable Operations phase. The Specialist
shall act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in the discipline specific
commissioning activities. The Specialist is responsible to provide guidance,
training, and oversight within his discipline regarding Commissioning planning
and execution to the PT Organization and Contractor”s Systems Completion
Organization.
Responsibility And Duties (Including But Not Limited To): • Provide
support and guidance to the EPC Contractors in the development of project
specific Systems Completions Plan. • Provide support in the installation and
operation of a computerized Completion Management System (CMS) database for
tracking, certification, and quality control purposes. Monitor the CMS database
of engineering parameters, check sheets, and verification criteria. •
Involve Operations representatives in commissioning planning and execution.
Ensure Operations personnel are familiarized with plant equipment and systems
according to the requirements the Operability Management Plan. • During
Detail Design phase, under the direction of the Commissioning Lead and in
collaboration with the EPC contractors: - Provide guidance to EPC
Contractors to ensure proper planning of Commissioning activities and alignment
of execution planning with PT and Operations. - Prepare all commissioning
deliverables including Turnover and Completion Packages (TCP”s), work packs,
check-sheets, Systems Boundary drawings, Systems Description, Minimum Equipment
Testing Matrix, commissioning procedures, Preservation/De-preservation Plans and
Procedures, Completion Dossiers, Final Systems List and Priorities,
commissioning spares, First Fills, commissioning consumables, temporary
equipment for commissioning, etc. - Create a Vendor Support Register for
commissioning activities including timely mobilization and demobilization dates.
Liaise with Start-Up Lead to integrate commissioning and start-up vendor support
requirements • During Construction, Commissioning and Start-Up phases, under
the direction of the Commissioning Lead and in collaboration with the EPC
contractors: - Provide onsite safety leadership to ensuring safe execution
of commissioning activities and participate in PT safety initiatives -
Execute FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) plan and procedures and ensure that
Contractors document the execution of FAT and upload the FAT results into the
project CMS database. - Provide guidance and participate in Commissioning
activities during Construction Completion, Static Commissioning, Dynamic
Commissioning and Turnover of Systems. - Provide guidance and participate in
the execution of discipline specific commissioning procedures, TCP”s and work
packs and ensure that they are executed in accordance with the Systems
Completion specifications. Assist with trouble-shooting of systems and processes
when required. - Provide guidance and participate in the execution of
Systems Completion acceptance processes including walk-downs and punch list
activities - Provide commissioning input for Safety and Operability
reviews - Review Startup and Operating manuals and provide input - Provide
timely recommendations in regard to contingency plans and changing schedules.

Required Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, And Experiences:
Work Experiences and Qualifications: • A minimum of 10 years
relevant work experience in Engineering, Construction or Commissioning of oil
and gas project facilities or related industries and/or operations of oil and
gas facilities, upstream and/or downstream, including a minimum of 2 years work
experience as a Completion/Commissioning Specialist in a similar size and
complexity project • Experiences in Piping, Rotating, Maintenance, Turbine,
and Commissioning. • Direct "hands on" experience in project commissioning
activities of similar size and complexity. • Proven expertise in Mechanical
and Piping systems commissioning. • Excellent working knowledge of
mechanical equipment, piping detail, civil works, and broad-knowledge of site
specific mechanical systems. • Strong working knowledge of plant processes
combined with good trouble-shooting skills. • Working knowledge of industry
practices, processes, and expectations with respect to mechanical equipment,
piping, electrical, instrumentation and control systems completions and
commissioning. • Practical experienced in an H2S environment. • Offshore
work experience in an FPSO/FSO development project is desirable, but not

Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with the

Implements all aspects of the project change management, estimating, cost
control, progress measurement and schedule control.
Responsibility And Duties: • Provides overall project cost,
schedule, estimating, progress measurement and change management leadership and
expertise. • Review the contractor”s procedures for estimating, scheduling
and change control and modify as necessary to meet the Company”s needs •
Participates in kick-off meetings with contractor and PMT to ensure common
understanding of cost, schedule, estimating, and change management requirements.
• Coordinate, monitor and assess contractors efforts in project controls and
lead site office project control meetings. • Ensures that appropriate
project control tools are being used by the contractor in the management of the
