Together with growth, one of our company Mineral Division seeking for self motivated and high caliber individuals to fill the following positions: OPERATION MANAGER Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree from Mining engineering / Geology 2. Age maximum 45 years old 3. Experience in nickel, coal and gold mining company (min 5 years) 4. Good managerial capability in planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities (mobile equipment and maintenance, man power, mine planning, contractors engagement). 5. Develop plan for short term, middle term and long term of mining process. 6. Full understanding and awareness about HSE / K3 procedures. 7. Have a good strategic thinking 8. POP or POM Certification are required 9. To be placed at North Maluku, with roster system HEALTH & SAFETY REGIONAL MANAGER Requirements: 1. Experience at least 10 (ten) years in mining company 2. Candidate must possess at least diploma/ bachelor degree in engineering (environmental/ health/ safety) or equivalent 3. Certified POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) will be an advantage 4. Excellent in English both oral and written 5. Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) 6. Experience in developing Safety Management System (SMK3) to comply with OHSAS 18001:2007 standard 7. Able to use management concepts and principles including goal setting, planning and execution in implementing company HSE policies, procedures, guidelines and work requirements 8. Experience in developing HSE training program and deliver training to all levels 9. Highly analytical, good in organizing, planning and coordinating 10. Excellent relationship builder, problem solver, persuasive and with strong negotiation skill CSR SUPERINTENDENT Requirement 1. Degree in any discipline relevant to social, economic and humanities studies or equivalent 2. Minimum 8 years experience at a managerial level in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and/ or Community Development Program 3. Experience in conflict management and handling community actions 4. Experience in community Project Cycle Management (program design, planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation and reporting process) 5. Fluency in both English and Indonesian language 6. Proficiency in presentation and people skills 7. Knowledge of ISO26000 and CSR best practices 8. Experience in mining, oil and gas industries is advantages 9. Experience at working with senior government officials 10. Experience working with academia, media and international NGOs TRAINER (ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT) Requirements: 1. Bachelor Degree any major, preferably in HR study 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources Area, preferably in Organizational Development, as trainer is advantage 3. Good knowledge in Training system 4. Good computer skill (Ms. Office) 5. High initiatives and independent 6. Fluent in spoken and written English 7. Experience in mining, oil and gas industries is advantages 8. To be placed at Jakarta 9. Willing travel to site PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR Requirements: 1. Male, max 40 years old 2. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering/ geology 3. Minimum 3-5 years experience in mining company 4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities (heavy equipment, man power, etc) 5. Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process. 6. Good understanding about HSE/ K3 procedures 7. Possessed POP certificate will be an advantage 8. Experience in mining contractor is advantages HRD SUPERVISOR Requirements: 1. Male, Maximum 40 years old 2. Bachelor degree from faculty of law / psychology or management 3. Minimum 3-5 years experience as HR Generalist 4. Well understanding about man power regulation, recruitment and training, compensation benefit, payroll, industrial relation, performance appraisal and human resource information system (HRMS) 5. Excellent command in English (written & verbal) 6. Preferable experience working in the Site Project 7. Experience in mining, oil and gas industries is advantages LEGAL COUNSEL Requirements: 1. Age max 35 years old 2. Posses bachelor degree S1 majoring in Law, Civil Law, Business Law, Economic Law, International Law from reputable university with min GPA 3.0 3. Minimum 5 (five) years experiences in holding company or mining company or public company 4. Knowledge and practical comprehension of legal aspect and legal matter 5. Conceptual and ability in developing legal letter as legal document 6. Fluent in English both oral and writing 7. Highly initiative person, dynamic, energetic, self motivated, strong interpersonal and good communication skills 8. Excellent consulting, analytical, negotiation skills, and able to work under pressure 9. Experience in mining, oil and gas industries is advantages 10. Able to work independent 11. Certified by PERADI ENVIRONMENT SUPERVISOR Requirements: 1. Male, max 35 years old 2. Bachelor degree from faculty of forestry/ agriculture/ environmental engineer 3. Minimum 5 years experience in related field 4. Experience in mining, oil and gas industries is advantages 5. Good knowledge about nursery, waste management and mining reclamation 6. Good knowledge about HSE/ K3 in mining company HEALTH & SAFETY SENIOR SPECIALIST Requirements: 1. Male, max 35 years old 2. Minimum 4 (four) years experience as safety officer in mining industry 3. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / industrial engineering / public health 4. Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) / K3 is preferred 5. Fluent in English both oral & written 6. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet 7. Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007 8. Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation 9. Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige 10. Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury) 11. Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem DRAFTER (MINING) Requirements: 1. Min. Diploma degree or equivalent in the related area 2. Having minimum 2 years experience as Drafter & Data Processor in mining area 3. Able to operate AutoCAD software 4.
