Senior Engineer Mine Operation (MD 0343)
This position will be based in Mining Department Martabe project with FIFO roster 4/2 weeks and reports directly to the Superintendent Mine Technical Services.
The role will involve the development of mine, infrastructure and safety reason in concern with other mining engineering staff. This position caries on through the project development and operations to facilitate the effective operation of mining through reliable system of mine operations management.
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

- Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
- Minimum 7 years experience in managing pit operations, mine contractors, production system, mine stockpile and ROM management, managing pit wall integrity, and mine dewatering.
- Experience in drill and blast,pre-split, managing D & B contractors.
- Manage schedule daily activities of Mine Contractor, ensure adequate, resources, production, and pit wall stability
- Skill set including effective communication,man management,planning & mechanical maintenance understanding.
- Inefficiencies identified, appropriately managed, and improvements initiated.
- Ensure that effective training and development programs are in place to improve the capability of mining engineers reporting directly
- Manage all reporting requirements to ensure accuracy and timelines
