MOP0009 SUPERINTENDENT-LOAD AND HAUL
Responsibility:
This operationally critical rote is responsible for the managing and direction of NNT load and haul personnel and mining contractor to ensure that levels of production are maintained at a level to meet the target of safety, production and cost. Qualification:
- B.Sc Degree Mine Engineering.
- Certified of Competency for middle operational supervisor of OHS and Mine Environment from DEMR.
- Minimum of fifth teen (15) years of Mine Operation related experience is required.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of related Supervisory, Management experience.
- Technical background in Mine Engineering induces Mine planning and scheduling, Mine economic evaluation, Slope stability, Equipment selection and calculation & Mine management
- Experience in the management and administration of budges in a multinational company.
- Strong leadership and a people oriented outlook,
- Good written and oral communication skills
