Job Description

My global client is looking for a Senior Research Executive with 2 to 3 years quantitative research responsible for managing the day to day operation of the research function - strengthening relationship with both internal/external clients and research partners.
Knowledge
1) Strong grounding and experience in both basic and advanced qualitative/ quantitative methodologies & techniques/tools & application.
2) Exposure to a wide variety of research projects and product categories.
3) Strong local market knowledge across consumer segments and product categories .

Skills
1) Strong liaising skills - able to coordinate and execute complex projects with clients, internal and external stakeholders with ease and independently
2) Strong communication, presentation skills - disseminating research insights and products to both internal and external clients
3) Strong analytical skills - Ability to understand/interpret marketing issues and consult with internal/external clients on the best research approach to resolve these issues. Should be able to collate complex data into meaningful a analytical framework, ensuring/helping that the team delivers top quality research product both in terms of content and presentation.

Product
1) Ensure standardized delivery of the research product across all assignments - maintaining a strong sense of identity for the research offering
2) Continuously engage with internal/external clients to identify research need gaps and business opportunities for the research function
3) Collaborate/Assist internal teams to develop, implement and deliver relevant research solutions/analysis/insights for strategy development, client reviews, new business pitches and other requirements
4) Show a sense of confidence, enthusiasm, exploration, courage and thought leadership across all projects - highlighting the importance and relevance of research to decision making
People
1) Foster a spirit of teamwork and collaboration within the team
2) Mentor and facilitate on-the-job training to immediate reports and maintain high standards of knowledge and exposure within the team
3) Motivate the team by personal example - encouraging them to build capabilities and perform at their best
Operations
1) Plan, manage and execute projects independently from start to finish - ensuring optimal time and budgets
2) 'Manage/liaise with research partners and client teams to ensure smooth, timely, quality and cost efficient execution of each project
3) Coordinates and deploys internal resources to ensure best in class delivery across projects
