www.goldenenergymines.com) is the owner and operator of 3
producing coal projects in Indonesia, namely Borneo Indobara ("BIB"), Kuansing
Inti Makmur ("KIM") and Trisula Kencana Sakti ("TKS"). The 3 projects are
comprised of 8 coal concessions that span an area totaling approximately 36.000
hectares in South and Central Kalimantan and Sumatra.

1. Training & Development Manager (Code: TDM)
Responsibilities:
A. Framework
• Design curriculum for learning and development on
competency based analysis
• Mastering identification of training needs,
designing training programs and product knowledge of training module, training
evaluation and delivering training itself
B. Content
• Develop learning and development program with development of
its module and training
• Design training syllabus & lesson plan
development
C. Delivery
• Facilitate the learning and development program
•
Delivery the systems and concepts in regards to performance management,
organization development, talent management program
• Manage the succession
planning and talent management program
• Responsible for all management of
training administration, activities as well as development for the Group
Requirements:
• Possess a Bachelor degree in Management / Human Resources/Psychology from
reputable university
• Possess At least 3-5 years experiences in training and
development department
• Have an effective training skill and being able to
combine professionalism and charisma in intelligently interacting with the
team
• Prefer to have an experience as external speaker/ trainer to conduct
training sessions internally
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
•
Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Able to work
independently and also work with an integrated multi-discipline team
• Prefer
a young, dynamic and highly motivated personality
2. Organization Development Manager (Code: ODM)
Requirements:
• Minimum S1 degree from any disciplines, technical/ engineering/ science
background is preferred. Master degree in Human Resources Management or
Mathematics would be an advantage
• Minimum 4 years of experience in similar
position at managerial level
• Have a strong commitment to excellence and

• Possess high sense of initiative and leadership

3. Electrical - Instrument Designer (Code: EID)
Requirements:
a. Minimum 5 years working experiences in Mining industry or Engineering
Consultant
b. Diploma III from reputable University or Polytechnic majoring
Electrical / Instrumental Engineering
c. Ability to using AutoCAD, Microsoft
Project, Ms Office, etc.
d. Good command in English both oral and
written
e. Strong Background in project consultant
f. Highly
self-motivated person, good communication skill, attention to details,
accurately, hardworking, good initiative & team work
g. Good
understanding the standard rule or the Electrical & Instrument design
drafting (Block Diagram, Wiring Diagram, Single Line Diagram, etc.)
h.
Flexible and dynamic person, willing to work either in Jakarta or site
area
i. Have experiences in preparing electrical/instrument drawing standard
for construction or tender
j. Have experiences in preparing drawing design
such as Arrangement Plan, Piping Instrument & Diagram, Process Flow Diagram,
and Project Management
4. Instrument Engineer (Code: INS)
Requirements:
a. Minimum 5 years experiences to involve Capital & Operating project in
Mining Industry (Coal, Nickel, Gold, etc.)
b. S1 from reputable university
majoring Instrument Engineer
c. Having good knowledge in Instrument &
Control Engineering, specific: SCADA, PLC and programming for Material Handling
Equipment
d. Ability to using AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Ms Office,
etc.
e. Good command in English both oral and written
f. Good
understanding the standard role of the Instrument works, etc.
g. Highly
self-motivated person, good communication skill, attention to details,
accurately, hardworking, good initiative & team work
h. Flexible and
dynamic person, willing to work either in Jakarta or site area
5. QA / QC Manager (Code: QCM)
Requirements:
a. Minimum 10 years experience to involve Capital & Operating project in
mining industry (Coal, Nickel, Iron, Gold, etc.)
b. Graduated S1 from
reputable university, Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineer
c. Having good
knowledge in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering, specific: Bulk Material
Handling Equipment (Crusher, Screen, Apron Feeder, Conveyor, Stacking,
Reclaiming, Barge Loading, Shift Loading, etc) Infrastructure & Utility
Facility (Power Supply, Fuel Handling, Water Supply System, Building, Road,
Bridge, etc.)
d. Able to use AutoCAD<> Microsoft Project, MS Office,
etc.
e. Good command in English both oral and written
f. Good
understanding on the standard role of the Mechanical works, Electrical works,
Instrument Work & Civil Works
g. High self-motivated person, good
communication skill, attention to details, accurate, hardworking, good
initiative & team work

6. Mechanical Engineering Senior Supervisor (Code: MES)
a. Minimum 5 years experiences to involve Capital & Operating project in

b. Bachelor of Mechanical
Engineering from reputable university
c. Having good knowledge in Mechanical
Engineering, specific: Bulk Material Handling Equipment (Crusher, Screen,
Feeder, Conveyor, Stacking & Reclaimer), Infrastructure & Utility
Facility (Power supply, Fuel Handling, Water Supply System & HVAC

7. Land Acquisition Staff (Code: LAS)
Responsibilities:
• Developing strategies to resolve land access and land use conflicts in line
with company policy and standards and maintaining positive company profile and
reputation in the conduct of all land acquisition activities
• Ensuring
proper documentation of all land transactions to provide comprehensive records
in line with legal requirements and future asset protections
• Plan,
communicate and negotiation land compensation requirement with land owners
within reasonable price and time frame
• Final review upon all supporting
document to ensure it has been accurately prepared and completed based on
standard operating procedure and regulation
• Plan, manage and control
problems handling and potential issues handling related with Land acquisition
plan and implementation activities (including identify the problems, liaise with
company s lawyer/law firm)
Requirements:
• Min. S1 from reputable university
• 3 years relevant experience in land
compensation and land acquisition in coal mining industries
• Good track
records of delivering quality and targets within established variances
•
Ability to schedule and complete the assigned tasks
• Good knowledge in
mining industry and ability to collect and analyze local data for problem
solving tools
• Ability to work collaboratively within team colleagues
•
Familiar with South Sumatera residents
8. Recruitment Manager (Code: REC)
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) with major in Psychology
• GPA above 3.0
(on a scale of 4)
• Having 2 years experience as Recruitment Manager or as
Recruitment Consultant Team Leader
• Preferably candidate with more than 5
years experience in coal mining industry and or Recruitment Consulting
industry
• Good understanding with HR matters is an advantage
• Having
good knowledge about psychological test, interpretation, interview techniques,
and scoring
• Good interpersonal & communication skills, analytical
thinking and problem solving
• Fluent in English and computer literacy
