Summary of Role: To enhance and maintain smooth operations for the

Responsibilities:
1. Develop, recommend, and implement HR
Department plans to ensure effective allocation of resources consistent with
long and short HR Department objectives : Manpower planning & Development,
Compensation & Benefit, Employee Relations & Personnel Services, and
Industrial Relations 2. Responsible for the smooth functioning of the
day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department 3. Review, recommend,
and facilitate the implementation of HR procedures and policies that are in line
with organization’s business objectives 4. Assist with annual manpower
budget, salary reviews, execution of Annual Performance Review, and advising,
mediating and ensuring the documentation of staff disciplinary issues with
employees, department managers, and HR Department 5. Proactive consultation
with both employees and managers to identify and address root causes of issues
Requirements: 1. Male/ Female with maximum of age 45 years
old 2. Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, and/or
professional HR qualification 3. At least 7 years of experiences in HR with
at least 5 years in managerial capacity for managerial position in oil & gas
industry 4. Have knowledge in compensation, benefit, and salary
structure 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
English 6. Strong communicating, influencing, and persuading skills across
all levels in the organization
Position Title: Senior Drilling Engineer Report to: Operation Director
Location : Central Jakarta – Indonesia
Summary of Role: A drilling engineer develops, plans, costs,
schedules and supervises the operations necessary in the process of drilling oil
and gas wells. They are involved from initial well design to testing, completion
and abandonment. Engineers are employed on land, on offshore platforms or on
mobile drilling units either by the operating oil company, a specialist drilling
contractor or a service company.
The role can involve administering drilling and service contracts,
engineering design, the planning of wells and supervising the drilling crew on
site.
Drilling engineers work with other professionals, such as geologists and
geoscientists, to monitor drilling progress, oversee safety management and
ensure the protection of the environment.
Responsibilities Tasks may vary according to the employer but will
often include: 1. Preparing well data sheets prior to create well design
including engineering designed 2. AFE preparation & approval. 3.
Drawing up drilling program. 4. Obtaining relevant data, carrying out
analysis on site and recommending immediate actions as necessary; 5.
Carrying out full engineering analyses of rig site data and preparing regular
well reports; 6. Monitoring the daily progress of well operations and
current daily costs, comparing actual costs with cost expenditure proposals and
recommending changes or improvements to rig work techniques, which could lead to
optimization of expenditure; 7. Liaising with specialist contractors and
suppliers, such as cement companies or suppliers of drilling fluids; 8.
Monitoring HSE aspects and ensuring the good maintenance of the well; 9.
Adhering to environmental protection standards, in some cases through direct
discussion with local governments to ensure compliance with legislative
requirements; 10. Establishing and administering drilling and service
contracts; 11. Coordinating and supervising the work of the drilling team;
12. Managing drilling operations on behalf of small clients; 13.
contributing to conceptual field development design; 14. working with
multidisciplinary professionals to evaluate the commercial viability of the well
and monitor progress during drilling; 15. Returning the site to its natural
environmental setting if drilling is not to be pursued.
Requirement: 1. Min. Bachelor s Degree in Petroleum Engineering or
related discipline 2. Having minimum 10 years experiences in Drilling
Engineering & has good knowledge of PTK 007 3. Experience with onshore
drilling operations strongly preferred
Position Title : HSE Engineer Location : Central Jakarta -
Indonesia Reports to : Operation Director
Summary of Role: 1. Lead and motivate a team of discipline
personnel dedicated to raising the profile of HSE within the Company. 2.
Provide a focal point for the provision of HSE advice and assistance within the
Company, ensuring an effective HSE culture is fully integrated with all
activities. 3. Champion the success of the Company HSE Management System in
accordance with the Corporate Expectations, Annual Performance Plans and changes
in legislation.
Responsibilities: 1. Maintain awareness of all relevant Indonesian
HSE legislation, regulations and guidelines that apply to Company operations in
order to communicate the content and ensure compliance; 2. Develop and
maintain, as custodian, the HSE Management System ensuring compliance with
changes in national standards and internationally recognised good practices, in
accordance with internal document control procedures; 3. Prepare and manage
the Annual HSE budget and HSE Plan that covers proactive HSE strategies 4.
Geared to enhance HSE culture and improve performance standards; 5. Develop
and train personnel in modern risk based approach to HSE management using hazard
identification and risk assessment techniques that remove, control or mitigation
workplace dangers; 6. Advise, and where appropriate, develop, arrange or
conduct technical HSE training programmes for Company operations; 7. Provide
advice and support on HSE issues involved in the future design of new or
modification of existing facilities; 8. Identify occupational hygiene and
medical requirements by conducting or arranging relevant surveys to ensure
maintenance of standards or improvements in meeting changes in operational
conditions; 9. Manage a chemical/hazardous material database and approve any
new hazardous substance prior to it being shipped to the facilities; 10.
Investigate and report major accidents/incidents, and using a database track
follow-up actions, identify unsafe trends and compile statistical information
for management reports; 11. Ensure timely submission of all necessary
reports to Company and governmental organisations/ institutions; 12.
Maintain Emergency Preparedness and Oil Spill Response Plans up to date,
co-ordinate emergency response exercises that cover full participation of the
Company and external organisations; 13. Update when required the
Environmental Impact Analysis, Management Plan and Monitoring Plan, and advise
on environmental issues associated with future Company operations; 14.
Develop and implement an audit programme to cover all Company operations in
compliance with corporate expectations and in preparation of the Annual HSE
Budget; 15. Manage a Corrective Actions Register for HSE issues ensuring
actions are assigned, initiated and closed out in a timely manner.
Requirement: 1. Male 2. Engineering degree or equivalent with
recognised formal HSE qualifications; 3. 5 years experiences in HSE role
with additional of Security Management is advantage. 4. Sound understanding
of modern risk based approach and risk assessment techniques in oil and gas
industries. 5. Experience in develop or implement HSE management systems;
6. Proven experience in training personnel through courses, workshops, job
safety analysis, HAZOP, HIRA and other related HSE assessment. 7. Proven
history of HSE Planning, Training and Auditing. 8. Experience in
communication and reporting to SKKMIGAS, MIGAS including but not limited to
Ministry of Environment, Forestry, Manpower and POLRI. 9. Good knowledge of
HSE national and international standards applicable to the oil and gas industry;
10. A demonstrable strong commitment to HSE management system
implementation; 11. Self-motivated team player capable of meeting
performance targets; 12. Good English communication skills, both verbal and
written
Position Title : Logistic Supervisor Location : Central Jakarta -
Indonesia Reports to : Logistic Head
Summary of Role : 1. Supervise a team engaged in procurement,
logistics, and contracts in support of COMPANY’s Operations and in accordance
with existing regulations. 2. Organize, supervise and provide supports for
all home office and field logistical activities including transportation, camp
accommodation, formalities, communication, material inventory management and
warehousing.
Responsibilities: 1. Demonstrates excellent HSE leadership and a
commitment to HSE matters. Encourages a similar approach to HSE within his team
and with COMPANY’s suppliers and contractors 2. Manages and coordinates
matters related to procurement/purchasing, tenders, and contract preparation
according to PTK No. 007 Revisi-II/PTK/I/2011 or as amended 3. Submits,
reviews, tabulates and evaluates bid quotation proposals and make recommendation
to Tender & Purchasing committees 4. Manages, plans and directs the
negotiation, formulation and execution of all contracting activities. Ensures
compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Responsible for
development or application of associated policies and procedures and adherence
to COMPANY’s Standards, Procedures and Plans. 5. Responsible for logistics,
operations, transportation, mobilization/demobilization, storing, warehousing,
materials inventory, import/export formalities (master list, clearance, customs,
etc), purchasing and communication facilities. 6. In charge of general
affairs to liaise with SKKMIGAS, local authority at site and other government
agencies in connection with job responsibilities. 7. Be proactive and
interface with other COMPANY’s departments to ensure work is coordinated and
completed in the best interests of COMPANY.
Requirement: 1. University degree in Engineering/ Business
Administration/ Law or related subject. 2. Minimum six (6) years
comprehensive experience of in logistics, procurement and contracts work. 3.
A thorough knowledge of Indonesian regulations and laws governing supply chain
management and the regulators procurement policies and practices. 4. Good
English communication skills, both verbal and written
Position Title: Senior Reservoir Engineer Location: Central Jakarta -
Indonesia Reports to: Operation Director
Responsibilities: 1. Support reservoir engineering assessments for
advanced thermal recovery schemes in support of field test design and execution
as well as commercial concepts evaluation 2. Support the identification and
evaluation of key subsurface technical risks and develop mitigation / evaluation
/ surveillance plans to support field test design and operation as well as
ultimate commercial decisions 3. Apply field data from pilots and R&D
learning and advancements in reservoir engineering analysis 4. Interface with
other teams within the company, to support field pilot/commercial project
planning and execution 5. Support reservoir engineering input for appropriate
Review and Assurance process 6. Share knowledge with other members in the
subsurface team.
Requirement: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum engineering. 2.
A minimum 10 years industry experiences, with a minimum of 1 years in
unconventional plays including shale and tight gas. 3. Have experience in
the following areas: • Reservoir engineering evaluation. • Have an
understanding of geology and have the ability to read logs, understand Formation
evaluation, Core analysis, Geomechanics and stimulation data • Able to create
economic analysis • Well testing design and analysis. • Completion design
& production engineer. 4. Individual contributor working with teams and
individuals from a wide spectrum of business and has experience working as:
reservoir evaluation, economic analysis & production engineering.
Position Title : Senior Geologist Location : Central Jakarta –
Indonesia Reports to : Chief Geologist
Summary of Role: Senior Geologist would primarily be responsible
for the geological evaluation of exploration interests, with a strong focus on
regional play fairway analysis, and input to the prospect generation process.
The Geologist will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, involved in
integration of data to deliver play fairway maps and cross sections aimed at
improving both the greater regional and block-specific knowledge and allow
high-grading the most prospective areas. The role involves basin analysis
through prospect generation activities. In addition, the geologist will be
expected to actively identify and undertake assessment of new opportunities.
Required to works independently with occasional supervision and demonstrates
good leadership skills with an appreciation for the business side of the
industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Conduct geological studies at prospect and
regional levels using well, seismic and surface data. 2. Provide geologic
input to basin analysis, prospect studies, seismic programs, well proposals,
drilling documents, post-well analyses, reservoir studies. 3. Perform
seismic mapping and prospect evaluation including volumetric and risk
assessment. 4. Present technical work in peer-reviews and external
stakeholder meetings assisted by senior staff. Utilize expert knowledge and best
technologies in daily work. Maintain excellent cooperation with other team
members and experts within the department. 5. Prepare high-quality
documentation and reports for technical work in time. 6. Mentor junior staff
in G&G team. 7. Synthesize surface and subsurface geological data
through log correlation, cross-section construction and mapping 8. Convey
technical findings through presentations and written reports 9. Evaluate
acquisition and divestiture opportunities 10. Work daily with or around other
geoscientists and geological technicians. 11. Work within multi-disciplinary
new venture / asset teams and participate in peer review assessment of resource
plays 12. Monitor industry exploration activity
Requirement: 1. Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Geology and 5+
years of industry experience. 2. Ideal candidate will possess the ability to
work in Kingdom Suite and Technology. 3. Good knowledge of geological
disciplines (e.g. structural geology, sequence stratigraphy, sedimentology,
petroleum source geochemistry, basin modeling, petro physics, reservoir
characterization, play fairway analysis). 4. Experience with risk analysis
methods and hold familiarity with 2D/3D seismic, gravity and magnetic data.
5. Understanding of geophysical methods, especially seismic technologies,
attribute analysis, seismic interpretation. 6. Proficient in subsurface
mapping, well correlation and cross section construction. 7. Good English
communication skills, both verbal and written
Position Title : Finance/Treasury Staff Location : Central Jakarta –
Indonesia Reports to : Finance & Accounting Manager
Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for control of petty cash and cash
in bank in appropriate manner and ensure the balance daily basis against
accounting data and statement. 2. Prepare short term (daily) and middle term
(weekly/monthly) cash flow forecast (cash-in / cash-out) and prepare available
fund in efficient manner. 3. Perform payment disbursement to the third
party, employee, inter-company and venture in timely manner through banking
system / petty cash. 4. Prepare internal and external reports for cash
position or cash flow and conduct analysis and planning on cash flow. Prepare
available fund and Cash Call or invest the surplus fund in time deposit, etc.
5. Responsible for administration of opening / closing of bank accounts and
maintain electric banking system and control its pass word and/or key cards in
appropriate and safety manner. Responsible for administration of petty cash in
safety box and company vault. 6. Perform withholding tax and VAT payment,
prepare all tax report (e-SPT) to the tax office and relevant tax return filing.
7. Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes, reports and various documents to
support treasury function.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree qualifications or equivalent in
Finance, Accounting or Economics. 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in the
Finance and/or Accounting field or banking sector, preferably with international
and Oil & Gas experience. 3. Familiarity with Accounting system is
highly recommended. 4. Male / Female age maximum 30 years old.
