Responsibilities:
The main task of Country Talent Acquisition of AIG Insurance Indonesia is to find, assess, engage, hire, and on-board the highest quality candidates. Assess candidate skills, background and fit so as to predict performance levels and styles with a high degree of accuracy. Stay abreast of marketplace trends and competitor practices in order to educate hiring management and build or maintain a competitive advantage for Organization.

Desired Skills & Experience

Qualifications:
 At least Bachelor's Degree from any Major from reputable universities
 Have minimum 6 years experience in Recruitment specialist from Headhunter or insurance industry.
 Applicants should possess good interpersonal and communication skills
 Have leadership skills, be self-motivated and willing to work hard, be proactive
 Fluent in oral and written English.
