Job Description

The Online Partnerships Group (OPG) grows Google's business with online publishers by helping them utilize tools from products such as AdSense and DoubleClick. Our team is made up of high-achieving specialists who work with partners in online advertising and e-commerce. We thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented and international environments. On this team you proactively identify, develop, support and maximize revenue opportunities from existing and new partners. In OPG, we strive to exceed partner expectations through building, supporting and maintaining long-term win-win relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Manage trusted relationships with clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges
  • Leverage on this strategic partnership to add value to our publishers' business for the long term and improve clients' online business performance and advertising revenue generation
  • Up-sell customers on various Google solutions, features, and optimizations to hit and exceed aggressive team revenue target
  • Promote wider strategic partnership opportunities in relation to AdSense and Google
  • Enhance the experience of the most strategic online publishers by developing strong relationships and by providing exceptional client service



  • Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS (In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant experience)
  • Relevant experience in consultative sales and account management.


  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales or client service experience in advertising, mobile, e-commerce, publishing, online services.
  • 3 years client facing experience in online advertising industry within advertising agencies, ad networks or advertising technology companies
  • Ability to multitask and get things done in a fast paced environment. Strategic thinking, creative problem solving and analytical skills
  • A self-starter, highly motivated, with excellent organizational skills. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationships with cross functional partners and influence senior leaders
  • Fluency in English and Spanish

We develop relationships with a range of organizations, from content providers to publishers, and find ways for them to reach their audiences and manage their digital businesses. We find great content for our products, and we also work with partner sites to syndicate our own Google products. From negotiating agreements to solving technical problems for partners, we're in pursuit of gathering the world's information.
