POSITION SUMMARY Principal Accountabilities:
• Support the Operations team on managing their budget & actual spending
• Support the Month End Closing process related operational accounting activities such as accruals for OPEX & CAPEX, etc.
• Perform account reconciliation for the responsible accounts
Support the Technical team to close out the AFE, including during close out meeting with SKMigas Main Activities:

Civil Supervisor

POSITION OVERVIEW
Ensure that all civil works, excavation, structures and drainage are executed in accordance with the technical project drawings, documents and specifications.
This position reports to the Site Manager. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement project drawings (i.e. site lay out, road access and road map), documents and specifications
• Ensures that subcontractor activities are carried out in accordance with the approved plan

Responsibilities: Job Purpose:
• Ensure that Company HSE Policies and Objectives are implemented (such as LTIF & TRIR target, PJC Div. HSE KPI targets) for project activities on PJC overall perimeter
• Ensure that the project is delivered safely and meet Project HSE Objectives
• Prepare, define and follow up Project HSE Offshore Procedures. Activities:

Lead Structural Engineer - FLET/ILT (Contract Position)

Responsibilities: Job Description;
• Plan, organize and direct all aspects of structural engineering work for the Inline Structures (FLETS & ILTs) and other subsea structures as may be allocated over time
• Ensure compliance with the Contract and Variations in all respects and propose Change Order Requests when potentially deviating from the Contract
• Responsible for resource allocation of Inline Structure Detail Design personnel throughout the project
• Define role, responsibilities and authorities for reports
• Delivering the detail engineering design scopes in accordance with the approved budget and baseline schedule
• Ensure detail design engineering activities are performed in compliance with MDR Quality Management System Procedures and project specific procedures/plans

Over 15 years of experience in Structural engineering design with at least 8 years applicable experience in structural design and construction of subsea structures - PLEM, FLET, Manifolds, Riser bases, mid depth buoys etc. Additional Qualifications
• At least 2 years as a Lead Engineer on a large integrated production platform
• Capable of leading work on medium to large size projects or areas within larger projects
• Detailed knowledge of all design techniques and analysis methods
• Detailed knowledge of fabrication yard procedures and offshore equipment
• Familiarity with heavy lift, weighing and load out

• Recognized level of expertise in the Offshore Transportation and Installation
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent

Wellsite Geologists

POSITION OVERVIEW
Geologists to study and describe rock cutting and cores from CBM wells and also working together with drilling-related team. This position reports to the Exploration Manager POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Evaluating offset data before the start of drilling
• Analyzing, evaluating and describing formations while drilling, using cuttings, cores, gas, and wireline data
• Comparing data gathered during drilling with predictions made at the exploration stage
• Core logging description and sampling coal core samples for gas measurement & properties testing
• Advising on drilling hazards and drilling activities optimization
• Advising for making decisions about suspending or continuing drilling
• Advising operations personnel on-site and in the operations office
• Acting, in effect, as the representative of the onshore CBM company geology team
• Supervising mudlogging, wireline services personnel and monitoring quality control in relation to these services
• Keeping detailed records, writing reports, completing daily, weekly and post-well reporting logs and sending these to appropriate departments
• Communicating regularly with operations offices OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIE
• Ensure understanding and maintain commitment with respect to the statutory and corporate responsibilities for Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental
• Carry out your duties as required in Company Occupational Safety, Health, Environmental and policies and associated procedures, including
• Identify safety and environmental hazards in the working environment and eliminate or control them where it is within the scope of your ability and authority
• Report safety and environmental hazards that you are unable to eliminate or control to your immediate Supervisor/Manager for action
• Report any incident or injury that you are involved in or are aware of to your immediate Supervisor
• Report any physical injury or damage to your health and have it assessed and treated by Company authorised First Aid Officer
• Participate and assist in Company safety and environmental initiatives developed to meet legislative requirements
• Be proactive in recommending or assisting CBMA in achieving their recycling or sustainability initiatives
• Report any property damage or environmental harm to your Supervisor/Manager
• Follow Company management system work instructions issued to reduce safety and environmental hazards for the work you are to perform
• Within your ability authority, assist with the development and achievement of Company corporate Safety and Environmental goals, objectives and targets
• Seek further instruction from your Supervisor/Manager in any circumstance where you are unsure of the correct and safe method of work to follow
• Avoid doing anything that could place your own or fellow workers safety or health at risk QUALITY ASSURANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Carry out your duties as required in Company Quality Assurance policies
• Carry out your duties as required in Company Integrated Management System procedures AUTHORITY
This position is authorised to sign documents under their direct control DELEGATION OF RESPONSIBLITIES
In the absence of this position the responsibilities and authority shall be designated to the Exploration Manager SELECTION CRITERIA Education and Experience
• Bachelor s degree in Geology
• Mininum 3 years experiences with Coal Coring well
• Experience in CBM well would be an advantage. Skills and Abilities
