Job Description
As a Marketing Sales and Development Executive, you have to Implementing the development & training plan and conduct training courses, according to plan, curriculum and BAT standards, to develop the needed knowledge, skills and capabilities of the marketing and sales force of Bentoel.Key responsibilities of this position :
- Implement the BAT marketing and sales development and training curriculum as required by business needs and ensure compliance to BAT marketing and sales development and training standards
- Plan and organize marketing and sales development and training programs in alignment to business needs and according to budget availability
- Conduct development and training courses according to plan and curriculum to bring marketing and sales force to the required capability and skill level
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of development/training course participants and report the evaluation to HR BP and line management
- Evaluate the quality of the conducted development and training program/curriculum and report on results
- University degree in Marketing with minor in human development and training
- Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing and sales roles
- Working experience in a role focusing on knowledge transfer, training and development
