CONTRACT MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage assigned contract in accordance with guidelines
• Accountable for contractual compliance
• Prepare and endorse the annual O&M plan and evaluate its performance
• Prepares plant management report REQUIREMENTS
• Min, Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Marine or Electrical Engineering
• Min. 5 years experiences
• Able to manage a team
• Strong knowledge in managing power plant
• Strong leadership, management and communication skills
• Good analyzing, reporting and presentation skills
OPERATION MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee all the activities of the operation department
• Prepare power plant annual operating planning and production schedule
• Safe, reliable and efficient of power plant operation
• Preparation of operation management report and monthly energy billing
• Close coordination with Customer on production, load demand schedule and fuel & lube oil management REQUIREMENTS
• Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Marine or Electrical Engineering
• Min. 3 years experiences in the same field
• Excellent in technical knowledge and power plant operation management
• Strong leadership, good management and communication skills,
• Good analyzing, reporting skills, administrative and presentation skills
MAINTENANCE MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee all the activities of the Maintenance department
• Prepare annual preventive maintenance and control related budget
• Safe, reliable and efficient of maintenance activities
• Preparation of maintenance management report REQUIREMENTS
• Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Marine or Electrical Engineering
• Min. 3 years experiences
• Good knowledge in engines operation management
• Strong leadership, good management and communication skills
• Good analyzing and reporting skills
SENIOR SHIFT SUPERVISOR
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervising all operational activities in the power plant
• Ensuring safe, reliable & efficient operations
• Coordinating all maintenance activities with the Maintenance Dept
• Directly supervising shift team leader & other operators
• Check & monitor all operating parameters REQUIREMENTS
• Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Marine, Electrical Engineering
• Min. 3 years experiences in the same field
• Excellent technical knowledge of engine operation, good management and communication skills,
• Good analyzing, reporting skills, administrative and presentation skills
SENIOR MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Overseeing all the activities of Mechanical aspects on Maintenance department
• Planning, organizing and monitoring mechanical maintenance activities and engine repair
• Preparing mechanical maintenance record and report
• Involving in plant improvement program
• Close coordination with other team in the Maintenance Department and Operation Department REQUIREMENTS
• Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical or Marine Engineering
• Min. 3 years experiences in the same field
• Strong knowledge in the diesel engine, generators and other related faculties and measurement of mechanical equipment
• Excellent in mechanical troubleshooting of diesel engine and related facilities
• Having good supervisory skills
• Good analyzing, reporting, presentation and administrative skills
SHIFT SUPERVISOR OPERATION
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise all operational activities in the power plant to ensure safe, reliable & efficient operations

• Supervising and proper implementation of maintenance plans and activities in the plant according to Wartsila standards
• Plans, organizes, direct, controls and coordinates all activities involving preventive maintenance schedules and repair of engine and auxiliaries
• Implementation and supervision of major & minor maintenance overhauls of engine and related auxiliaries REQUIREMENTS
• Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical or Marine Engineering
• Min. 3 years experiences in the same field
• Strong knowledge in the diesel engine, generators and other related faculties and measurement of mechanical equipment
• Good in mechanical troubleshooting of diesel engine and related facilities
• Having good supervisory skills
• Good analyzing and administrative skills
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervising and proper implementation of maintenance plans and activities in the plant according to Wartsila standards
• Plans, organizes, direct, controls and coordinates all activities involving preventive maintenance schedules and electrical repair of engine and auxiliaries
• Implementation and supervision of preventive maintenance schedule REQUIREMENTS
• Min. Diploma (D3) in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
• Min. 3 years experience in the same field
• Strong knowledge in the electrical (LV and MV) component, engine control system, operator station, measurement of electrical equipment and electrical technical drawing
• Good electrical and automation troubleshooting
• Good analyzing and administrative skills
PLC ENGINEER
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervising and proper implementation of maintenance plans and activities in the plant according to Wartsila standards
• Plans, organizes, direct, controls and coordinates all activities involving preventive maintenance schedules and repair of PLC/instrument devices of engine and its auxiliaries
• Implementation and supervision of preventive maintenance schedule REQUIREMENTS
• Min. Diploma (D3) in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
• Min. 3 years experience in the same field
• Strong knowledge in the electrical (LV and MV) component, engine control system, operator station, measurement of electrical equipment and electrical technical drawing
• Good automation troubleshooting
• Good analyzing and administrative skills
SENIOR LOGISTICS ENGINEER
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Proper procurement, maintenance, control and documentation of spare part, lube oil, chemical and consumable
• Controlling inventory level of its spare part/lube oil/ chemical and consumable and conduct quarterly inventory audit of goods
• Overseeing all the activities of Logistics department
• Managing procurement of material needed for plant operation
• Monitoring tools management REQUIREMENTS
• University Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Marine, Electrical Engineering
• Min. 3 years experience in the same field
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Good CM logistics management and familiar with spare part of diesel engine its auxiliaries
• Having good supervisory skills
• Computer literate and able to operate maintenance monitoring system
• Good analyzing, reporting, presentation and administrative skills GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
• All positions require good written and spoken communication skills in English
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Willing to be stationed in site location : Timor Leste, Sumatra, Kalimantan
