LOGISTICS ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proper procurement, maintenance, control and documentation of spare part, lube oil, chemical and consumable
• Controlling inventory level of its spare part/lube oil/ chemical and consumable
• Implementing all the procedures related to Logistics department
• Monitoring in/out goods from and to warehouse
• Ensuring all goods are stored in the designated area and its prevented from quality deterioration
• Conduct quarterly inventory audit of goods REQUIREMENTS
• Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Marine, Electrical Engineering
• Min. 3 years experience in the same field
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Having knowledge of CM logistics management and familiar with spare part of diesel engine its auxiliaries
• Familiar with maintenance monitoring system
• Good analyzing, reporting, administrative skills
TOOL KEEPER OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure all tools and measuring tools are registered and scheduled for calibration
• Control incoming and outgoing tools/measurements, consumable materials for field activities
• Expediting of goods to have them in the right place, right time and right cost
• Maintain materials stock list for consumable material REQUIREMENTS
• Min Diploma (D3) in Engineering
• Min. 3 years experience in the same field
• Know how in diesel engine, tool keeping and inventory management
• Having knowledge of consumable for diesel engine
SENIOR ELECTRICAL/ PLC SUPERVISOR

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Independently execute field service activities on electric and electronic components, including major electrical repairs and troubleshooting, identify failures, making adjustments, doing trial runs & testing of complete electrical installation according instructions
• Supervise the task performed by Wartsila employees and subcontractors
• Perform pre-commissioning and start-up and handing over of complete scope REQUIREMENTS
• Min. Diploma (D3) / Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Electrical Engineering
• Min. 5 years for D3 and 3 years for S1 experience in the same position
• Familiar with Power Generation Engine Excellence knowledge of difference engine types and their auxiliaries
• Having knowledge of PLC, automation, electronic governor/actuator system and experience in electrical installation and commissioning work
• Able to analyze, solve product and system related to technical problem
GENERAL MGT & ADMIN

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performs and participates in assigned activities in support of departmental objectives
• Typically acting as HR assistant, HR administrator or HR generalist in defined functional area(s) in assisting and supporting roles, typically with local scope
• Assists senior HR professionals to coordinate and administer a variety of programmes and activities covering single or multiple HR activities.
• Operates in one or more HR process areas and performs many of the same activities as professionals that specialize in these individual HR functions REQUIREMENTS
• Min Diploma (D3) in HR or others social background
• Min. 3 years experience in the same field
• Familiar with SAP system
• Good analyzing, reporting, administrative skills
PLANT OPERATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operate and maintain the plant during the shift according to company policies, procedures and operation profile/plan
• Maintain all operation records (including logs, check lists And running records) according to guidelines
• Utilise all the tools, equipments and accessories in such a manner that the operating life is maximized
• Watch over of all alarms / parameters of engines and auxiliaries, monitor and analyse the trend data related to the equipments at all time and perform proper follow up. REQUIREMENTS
• Min. Diploma (D3) and or Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Mechanical Engineering
• Having min. 3 years experience in the same position
• Familiar with Power Generation Engine
FUEL TENDER

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Controlling inventory level fuel
• Planning, receiving and dispatching of fuel based on schedule
• Implementing all the procedures related to Logistics department for fuel tender handling Ensuring the fuel is stored in the designated area and its prevented from quality deterioration
• Proper documentation of all activities regarding fuel handling REQUIREMENTS
• Min. Diploma (D3)
• Min. 3 years experience in the same field
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Having knowledge of CM logistics management GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
• All positions require good written and spoken communication skills in English
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Willing to be stationed in site location : Timor Leste, Sumatra, Kalimantan
