Senior Financial Analyst will assist in the development of enterprise business cases. Under minimal supervision the candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify key business case assumptions, conduct post mortem business case analysis as well as partner with the Financial Planning & Analysis team in integrating the business case assumptions into the Company annual budget and quarterly forecast. Possess and apply a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures to contribute to the development of company objectives and principles. This position is a seasoned, experienced professional with strong financial modeling skills who anticipates and independently resolves financial issues by taking ownership to achieve results. This position requires collaborating across organizational boundaries.

The candidate will help identify plans that are both strategic and tactical to ensure excellence as continued business growth is pursued. This position requires a seasoned professional who can influence without direct authority and anticipate and resolve complex issues and questions.

• Responsible for assigned budget development including the gathering of necessary data, development of supporting
models, collaborating with business partners to develop assumptions, and driving to targets. Provide direction and
support to key business partners.
• Responsible for the development of weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc forecasts to provide direction and insight to
leaders in order to support decision making.
• Plays a lead role in coordinating aspects of the budget and forecast processes. This may include coordinating
timelines and the rollup of assumptions form other analysts and business partners, training others on the process and
models used and reviewing the work of others.
• Generates assigned management reporting including insightful analysis and commentary to tell the story and provide
a basis for action. Reviews the work of others to ensure completeness/accuracy.
• Collects, analyzes and presents financial information to business partners identifying risks and opportunities to aid the
team in meeting their specific goals. Acts as a catalyst for change by driving results and playing a strong leadership
role in finding solutions/adding value.
• Provides monthly variance analysis in areas of accountability to provide insight into business results and input into
future forecasts and budgets.
• Provides financial expertise by working on and leading cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are modeled
appropriately and that financial ramifications are adequately considered.
• Collects appropriate data as necessary to support the preparation of ad-hoc analysis.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with members of the finance team and the business partners that we
support. Seeks feedback and improves performance to ensure we are driving standards of excellence.
• Serves as the first point of contact for project work and manages projects/processes from start to finish. Interfaces with
senior leadership.
• Strives to be strategic in thought, removing oneself from tactical day-to-day duties when possible.
• Assesses business results and consistently identifies, recommends and drives opportunities to create value.
• Takes a lead role in team meetings. Shares thoughts, perspectives, questions and concerns openly and honestly
ensuring your voice is heard. Encourages others to engage in dialogue and to share their thoughts, perspectives,
questions and concerns.
• Provides leadership to co-team members on key projects such as the budget and financial forecast.
• Passionately exhibits the values and behaviors of the Dynamic Organization and takes ownership of strengthening our
business model. Helps on board new associates, teaches and models the Dynamic Organization. Provides peer
feedback, technical and soft skill support, and leads in the development of application of training.
• Remains current on industry trends and aspects of the field of finance and accounting that impact our ability to provide
needed financial expertise to our business partners.

• Bachelor!s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline required. CPA, MBA or Master!s degree
are strongly desired.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of financial experience is required. Business knowledge of the wireless industry required.
Wireless operations experience a plus.
• Excellent strategic development, financial, analytical, marketing, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent project planning and management skills are a must; ability to breakdown complex problems into manageable
goals is required.
• Demonstrates strong leadership capabilities. Ability to lead cross functional teams while handling multiple projects
simultaneously is required.

• Ability to synthesize various, independently generated, data points into a cohesive analysis.
• Strong financial modeling ability for utilization in budget and forecasting processes.
• Attention to detail and ability to think globally and tactically.
• Significant proficiency with Microsoft Products (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) required. Knowledge of SAP, Hyperion
and Business Objects is a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a positive and timely manner.
