Lead the efforts to create and drive consumer-oriented solutions designed to simplify, optimize and/or enhance the wireless experience for our priority customer targets. The Sr. Manager acts as an internal champion and expert who leads a team that leverages consumer insights to design and test innovative products, services, offers and process concepts. He/She will develop and utilize a consumer insight driven process with appropriate testing and evaluation to build and manage a robust pipeline of innovative ideas to delight our customers, create a high degree of differentiation and drive future growth.

The Senior Manager must:
• Work both cross-functionally and with external partners to translate ideas into actionable and profitable initiatives.
• Be a flexible leader with the ability to leverage a variety of methods to unlock new ideas and push strategic initiatives forward to help deliver on the organizations long-term goals.
• Drive innovation from concept development and assessment, including market trial, to commercialization.
• Focus on innovative concepts targeted to our priority segments to drive profitable revenue growth.
• Drive appropriate primary/secondary research to deliver final solutions based on consumer insights.
• Translate retail trends, consumer insights, and business needs into various innovations that differentiate the brand, improve loyalty, deliver a superior consumer experience and generate new revenues and profits.
• Manage a holistic enterprise innovation roadmap, encompassing support from multiple cross-functional teams.
• Coach and teach members of the Innovation team
• Set appropriate goals and expectations and hold team accountable to achieve
• Manage budget and vendor relationships as needed for related 3rd party projects/programs
• Be a results-driven and high performance problem solver, a growth catalyst, and an effective communicator.
• Demonstrate strong management and influencing skills with ability to lead people and projects from the early ideation stages, through offer development, and then onto flawless implementation.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities and ability to lead diverse and cross functional groups, including outside vendors.

Minimum of 8 to 10+ years in product management, product development, consumer package/product goods(CPG), sales and/or marketing
Marketing/Business education required, MBA preferred
3+ year’s management experience
Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including speaking in front of small and large groups
Strong time and project management skills required to consistently meet deadlines
Well organized, strong detail oriented skills
Excellent interpersonal skills.
