Job Description

BCP/Security Officer is responsible to ensure readiness of BCP (Business Continuity Planning) to be implemented by APL at any time needed and to ensure security compliance with APL/ZP security requirements and principal’s requirement as well government requirements. The role is also aimed to develop the effective implementation of ZP BCP and Security standards and requirements to ensure no business disruption due to BCP or security issues.


  • Ensure the effective implementation of BCP procedures and standards which including BCP simulation.
  • To develop all required organization, documentation and procedures related to BCP.
  • To provide relevant, continuous BCP trainings and ensure training effectiveness.
  • To develop Security policy and standard procedures.
  • To ensure the effective implementation of Security policy and procedures.
  • To provide relevant, continuous Security trainings and ensure training effectiveness.
  • Plan, conduct, and monitor security audits (internal and external audit from the principals, regulatory, and other party) to the branches as well as to follow up on findings and non-conformances.
  • As liaison person related to security issues to principals, government and third party (Security providers etc).
  • Review, and or monitor branch third party vendor agreement related to security.
  • Coordinate with the Infrastructure Manager in terms of buildings and infrastructure to comply with the requirement of BCP and security.
  • Communicate and coordinate with external parties (principals, external auditors, etc) on security-related activities (audits, requirements, etc.)
