Description: KPMG’s Advisory Services Practice focuses on fundamental business issues — managing risk, increasing revenues, controlling costs — that organizations, across various industries, should address in order to help them flourish. We help companies to identify and manage risks inherent in business processes and technology systems that support business objectives, and provide them with the information needed to help them meet their strategic and financial goals. Services are specialized to help clients mitigate risks across an overall risk spectrum. We are currently seeking a Director in IT Enterprise Technology Solutions for our Management Consulting practice to join us in our Chicago office.

Responsibilities:* Lead PeopleSoft HCM projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the PeopleSoft applications
* Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities at clients; work with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines/industries
* Lead the day-to-day activities of ERP Advisory engagements for a variety of clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
* Supervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagements
* Manage engagements according to KPMG’s financial/cost management policies
Qualifications:* Eight years of experience in managing large PeopleSoft HCM implementation or ERP business process improvement engagements and teams
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college/university
* Demonstrated knowledge base in operations, systems evaluation, and enterprise architecture
* Ability to formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written presentations
* Excellent team building, mentoring, and leadership abilities
* Strong client services orientation and accustomed to taking an active role in executing engagements
