Description: KPMG Corporate Finance LLC (“KPMGCF”) is the broker-dealer subsidiary of KPMG LLP and focuses on M&A (sell-side and buy-side), capital raising (equity and debt), restructuring and other strategic advisory services, including fairness opinions. KPMGCF has 12 US offices and is part of a global network of KPMG International member firms with over 2,300 investment bankers in 90+ offices. With deep vertical industry expertise and focused product execution, the global Corporate Finance practices of KPMG International’s member firms have averaged approximately 350 M&A transactions annually for the last five years, and have closed more transactions (by deal count) than any other global investment bank platform since 2004. We are currently seeking a Vice President in Corporate Finance-Healthcare for our Transactions & Restructuring practice to join us in our Chicago office.

Responsibilities:* Write and prepare transaction related documentation and marketing materials including information memoranda, pitch books, corporate profiles, and market data and analyses
* Research and contact potential financial and strategic buyers
* Serve as critical team member in the execution of advisory and financing transactions
* Perform in-depth company and industry research supporting specific client engagements and marketing opportunities
* Perform financial modeling, including valuation assessments
Qualifications:* Six years of transactions related experience in a corporate finance environment from a Wall Street or middle-market investment bank with a track record of academic and professional success
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from an accredited college/university; MBA from an accredited college/university preferred
* Superior financial modeling, research, and financial analysis skills
* Proficiency with financial research tools
* FINRA Series 63 and/or 79 licensed (Please note that any candidate hired by KPMG into this position that doesn’t currently possess one of the aforementioned credentials will be required to secure one within 90 days from the commencement of employment)
