Since 2004, we are an established and experienced coal mining & trading company who supplies the domestic and international market Together with growth, our company seeking for self motivated and high caliber individuals to fill the following positions: PROJECT MANAGER Requirements: 1. Min. Bachelor degree in mining or sufficient experience to provide the necessary expertise 2. Holder of POM (minimum) / POU (preferred) 3. Min. 10 years previous experience in supervising mining operations (production) and a demonstrable understanding of sound mining practices and mining equipment. 4. Min. 5 years in managerial position on a mining project 5. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and verbal 6. Good computer skills, familiar with mining and mine planning software 7. Good communication and strong leadership skills 8. Ability to work in a Team environment under pressure 9. Willing to be placed in any company location. Able to work in a remote location on Roster arrangements 10. Good understanding of Mine infrastructure requirements 11. Willing to be placed in any Company location and to work flexible hours to meet Project requirement. 12. Will place in Central Kalimantan, East Barito. MINE PLAN ENGINEER MANAGER Plan, direct and control the Engineering function to produce a cost effective engineered solution (including the development of appropriate Specifications) for the Project within the budgeted man hours and within the tendered timeframe by utilizing capable and appropriate resources efficiently to ensure that Procurement/Construction activities commence on time. Requirements: 1. Work extended hours to meet Engineering deadlines 2. Required to travel to site 3. Ensure all designs produced are cost effective and within the budget constraints of the Project 4. Develop a close relationship with the Procurement Manager 5. Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and procurement management principles and practices. Must possess an in depth knowledge of the Engineering and Design process as well as extensive experience in construction methods 6. Min. Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering 7. Maximize Project margins by ensuring appropriate Technical Specifications and Codes are adopted to suit the requirements of the contract 8. Min. 15 years previous experiences in Engineering with 5 yrs as a Manager 9. Demonstrated effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills 10. Will place in Central Kalimantan, East Barito. PRODUCTION MANAGER Direct and lead mining operation activities in term of support mining project manager to ensure production is achieved, project parameters, project schedule, budget, in compliance with company’s project safety and environmental policy. Requirements: 1. Min. Bachelor degree in mining 2. Min. 10 years previous experiences in mining operation (production), minimum 5 years in managerial position 3. Fluent in English, written and verbal 4. Familiar with mining software 5. Good communication and leadership skill 6. Willing to be placed in all company location 7. Excellent computer skill 8. Will place in Central Kalimantan, East Barito. HEALTH, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT MANAGER Requirements: 1. Experience at least 10 (ten) years in mining company 2. Candidate must possess at least diploma/ bachelor degree in engineering (environmental/ health/ safety) or equivalent 3. Certified POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) will be an advantage 4. Excellent in English both oral and written 5. Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) 6. Experience in developing Safety Management System (SMK3) to comply with OHSAS 18001:2007 standard 7. Able to use management concepts and principles including goal setting, planning and execution in implementing company HSE policies, procedures, guidelines and work requirements 8. Experience in developing HSE training program and deliver training to all levels 9. Highly analytical, good in organizing, planning and coordinating 10. Excellent relationship builder, problem solver, persuasive and with strong negotiation skill 11. Will place in Central Kalimantan, East Barito. PLANT & LOGISTIC MANAGER Requirement 1. Must have a degree or diploma in Business or Supply Chain Management. Could have a trade background combined with heavy industry experience; 2. 15+ years of materials management and logistics experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory/management role; 3. Experience in a similar industry is a mandatory; 4. Experience working with large contracts is considered an asset; 5. Arctic experience, familiarity with SAP software and experience with remote site logistics would be beneficial; 6. A background working with aboriginal people, working in remote mining camps and developing individuals whose initial knowledge/skills are low is beneficial. 7. Will place in Central Kalimantan, East Barito. Community Development & Government Relation Manager Requirement 1. Degree in any discipline relevant to social, economic and humanities studies or equivalent 2. Minimum 8 years experience at a managerial level in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and/ or Community Development Program 3. Experience in conflict management and handling community actions 4. Experience in community Project Cycle Management (program design, planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation and reporting process) 5. Fluency in both English and Indonesian language 6. Proficiency in presentation and people skills 7. Knowledge of ISO26000 and CSR best practices 8. Experience in mining, oil and gas industries is advantages 9. Experience at working with senior government officials 10. Experience working with academia, media and international NGOs 11. Will place in Central Kalimantan, East Barito Sales Jakarta Raya Responsibilities: 1. Membuat action plan & melaksanakan kunjungan rutin baik bagi costumer yang existing ataupun Prospect Costumer untuk meningkatkan penjualan 2. Bertanggung Jawab terhadap pekerjaan dan perkembangan kemajuan penjualan Requirements: 1. Pendidikan minimal D3 2. Pengalaman sebagai Sales minimal 2 tahun di Perusahaan Batubara 3.
