We are urgently looking for highly qualified, talented, dynamic, productive and independent personnel to fill in the challenging position: 1. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER Requirements: • Have min. 15 years of project engineering experience in oil and gas industry, including min. 8 years of offshore construction experiences • Have min. 8 years experience in the same position and handling Greenfield/Brownfield project. 2. OPERATIONS MANAGER Requirements: • Have min. 15 years of project engineering experience in oil and gas industry • Have min. 10 years of experience in handling offshore EPCI Operations 3. ENGINEERING MANAGER Requirements: • Have min. 15 years of project engineering experience in oil and gas industry, including min. 5 years of offshore construction experience • Have min. 8 years experience in the same position and handling Greenfield/Brownfield project. 4. PROJECT CONTROL MANAGER/LEAD PROJECT CONTROL ENGINEER Requirements: • Have min. 10 years of experience in Project Control in oil & Gas industries (offshore) • Must have experience in handling min. 2 project as a Project Control Manager • Proficient with Primavera and MS. Project 5. PROJECT HSE MANAGER Requirement: • Hold Bachelor or Diploma degree in HSE Management with min. 10 years of experience or Bachelor degree in Engineering with some formal HSE qualification such as NEBOSH having min. 15 years of experience. • Experience at least 10 years in oil and gas industry • Sounds knowledge of applicable national and international codes, standards, and regulatory requirements and Industry HSE Best Practices namely quality and HSE Management Systems i.e. SMK3, ISO9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, applicable IMO Standards such as ISM Code, ISPS Code, MARPOL 73/78, SOLAS Conventions • Knowledge and ability to perform effective Risk Assessment technique or facilitate HSE studies such as HAZID, SIMOPS, JSA/TRA • Able to use management concepts and principles including goal setting, planning and execution in implementing company HSE policies, procedures, guidelines and work requirements • Experience in develop HSE training program and deliver training to all levels • Has highly analytical and thorough approach, also good in organizing, planning and coordinating. • Excellent relationship building, problem solving, influencing and negotiation skills • Excellent in English and have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels on a wide range of complex and sensitive issues • Good computer skills (MS Words, excel, Power Point) • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, responsible, integrity and good working ethics. 6. LEAD CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER Requirements: • Have min. 10 years of working experience in construction engineering, brownfield modification and/or greenfield offshore platform 7. SENIOR FIELD ENGINEER Requirements: • Have min. 10 years of working experience in brownfield modification and/or greenfield projects 8. PIPELINE INSTALLATION ENGINEER Requirements: • Have min. 10 years of working experience in brownfield modification and/or greenfield projects • Have min. 5 years of experience in handling the offshore pipeline installation 9. SENIOR PIPELINE ENGINEER Requirements: • Have min. 10 years of working experience related to the design and installation of offshore oil & gas pipeline system/facilities. • Must have knowledge of applicable codes and standards • Able to independently handle flexible flow line laying, initiation and A&R analysis, dynamic riser installation analysis • Have experience of design, analysis and review of more than 2 projects offshore facilities and mechanical system. 10. SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER Requirements: • Have min. 10 years of working experience related to offshore oil & gas production platform. • Must have knowledge of applicable codes and standards • Have experience of design, analysis and review of more than 2 projects offshore facilities and mechanical system.
