Job Description

You will be assigned as the Technical Key Account Manager (TKAM) in the Technical Service Department which provide Packaging, Filling and Distribution Solutions. You will support one of our largest customers and responsible for service planning, spare part sales support and service administration. You are accountable to provide strategic guidance to the team, drive customer operational performance, identify further improvement opportunities and ensure the engineer team delivers service products. This include supporting our customers with high quality of services and ensure all issues are dealt with effectively and satisfactory.

Job Function:
  • Lead and manage the technical team of 12 – Service Engineering, Spare Part Support and Store etc
  • Act as a reference and a liaison between Technical Tetra Pak Key Account Team and customer by generating sales, provide technical advice and manage resource and competence skills of CRE (Customer Responsible Engineer)
  • Responsible for technical key account sales and service budget, sales and operating result, and expenses.
  • Work closely with customers in developing, recommending and implementing production and efficiency improvements.
  • Deploy the to change strategy to improve the way of marketing technical service to customer and provide advise expertise to the account team
  • Manage, supervise and control on site execution of preventive, corrective and maintenance work to ensure procedures and standard behaviours are correctly followed
  • Directly supervise the customer responsible engineers and evaluate their performance

Desired Skills & Experience

  • University degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechantronics Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years experience in managerial or supervisory for diverse teams
  • Have experiences in driving with operational issues
  • Fluent English (Bahasa Indonesia s an advantage)
  • Relevant experience in Service and Spare Part Sales preferably in F&B or Manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge and understanding of Service Maintenance, Spare Parts, and Operations
  • Leadership with flexible in handling change, customer oriented, team players and result oriented
  • Strong negotiation and technical skills
  • Confidence with good communication skill and strong commitment
  • Analytical and detailed oriented
  • Take initiatives by driving activities independently and leading people
  • Ability to exchange information and support colleagues to achieve personal and team goals.
