The Digital Client Services Executive will:
  • start by supporting Senior Account Managers, helping to service key accounts in order to learn the complete process.
  • Once you're up to speed (provided your head hasn't exploded with too much information!) you'll take on smaller accounts yourself, focusing in particular in the European markets.
  • Most of your work with European clients will be done over the phone and by email initially, but there will be plenty of opportunities to travel later on, as you look to nuture accounts and improve relationships with clients.
  • Analysing Key Data sets, to make strategic decisions and improve my client's business processes
  • Work with Marketing and Sales to identify new market opportunities
  • Given the start-up nature of the company, you'll pitch in wherever needed, giving you added exposure to different parts of the business.

Desired Skills & Experience

Okay, so it looks interesting right? Here's what you need:

  • The ideal candidate will have had at least some exposure to Digital, whether through studies, internships or work experience. This is not essential, but would certainly make life a lot easier.
  • You'll certainly be of graduate calibre. A degree in Maths, Statistics, Marketing or Business would serve you well, as you'll need to be completely at ease analysing numbers and data sets.
  • Business fluent English, both written and spoken, as well as complete fluency in AT LEAST one of the following: French, Dutch, German or Spanish.
  • Exception interpersonal skills. You'll be a naturally engaging person, who can listen to and really understand client needs.
  • Process driven - able to match client needs with my client's services, ensuring accuracy.
  • High attention to detail, motivated with a proactive nature. No room for laziness here, sorry!
  • My client prides themselves on their outstanding client service - the Line Manager for this position told me they could call up any one of their clients, and take them for lunch or have a drink, such is the rapport they have built up. You'll need to demonstrate the same level of commitment to clients.
  • A hardworking, team-focused attitude - willing to work late if required, and go the extra mile when ever needed.
  • Highly intelligent and numerical - someone who can take complex information and data and turn out clear, concise reports relevant to the specific brief.
  • While you won't be selling, you'll have excellent business acumen - and you'll be able to identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell to grow accounts when possible.
