This exciting organisation has a unique operation that they have enjoyed great success with of late. They have a strong team in place and have produced solid recent results. They are seeking a strong-willed and ambitious Superintendent to join their team. Someone seeking a challenge and not afraid to try something different. You have the opportunity to step into this exciting role and bring your skills to the fore.
You will answer to the Mining Manager and work closely with the Mine Planning Superintendent and the Mining Engineers and Surveyors on site. You will assist with budgeting and mine planning and maintain a high-performing team, making a significant contribution to the successful management of day-to-day production.
You will possess a tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering and proven experience at a senior level. You will possess a Quarry Manager's Ticket or have the desire and wherewithal to acquire one. You will have demonstrated technical and leadership ability and be prepared to use these skills in a new position. A fast-paced and busy environment will suit you perfectly, and you will excel and relish the challenge.
For your skills you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and additional benefits. This position will operate on a FIFO roster out of Perth.
