G-Resources is an Asia-Pacific gold company, based and listed in Hong
Kong, and is operating the Martabe Gold Mine in North Sumatera. Having poured
our first gold bars, the mine and processing plant is now focused on achieving
the ramp up phase to go into full production. The open cut mine, with an average
strip ratio of less than 1.4:1, and a conventional processing circuit
incorporating jaw crushing, SAG and ball milling and CIL, is targeting to
initially process 4.5mtpa to produce 250,000 ounces of gold and 3 million ounces
of silver annually. The Martabe Gold Mine is striving to maintain an excellent
track record in responsible mining practices, and clear commitment to compliance
to mining regulations as well as developing and managing mining activities with
the involvement of local communities.
To strengthen the existing management team and to ensure the achievement of
the company objectives, the Martabe Gold Mine is looking for candidate to fill
the role:
HR SUPERINTENDENT (HR 0455)
This position will be based in Martabe Project with 28 days on – 14 days off
and reports directly to the HR Manager.
The role of this position is responsible to: 1. Develop and coordinate
the implementation of Talent Management Program 2. Implement the Placement
and Employee Development and also Succession Program. 3. Develop Performance
Appraisal Program and monitor the implementation 4. Implement career planning
and counselling program
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following
qualifications and experience: 1. Bachelor Degree in all fields of study,
preferably Psychology. 2. Good knowledge in the concept and implementation
of Manpower Planning, Performance Appraisal and Employee Development. 3.
Familiar with the concept of Organisation Behaviour, Counselling. 4. Good
verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skill. 5.
Minimum 10 years of working experience in HR, especially related to Performance
Appraisal and Employee Development. 6. Having experience in mining company
and the ability to work on site is preferred. 7. Good leadership and
interpersonal skills. 8. High attention to detail and must be able to meet
tight deadlines. 9. Good computer skills, MS Windows and MS Office.
HR SENIOR SUPERVISOR (HR 0454)
This position will be based in Martabe Project with 28 days on – 14 days off
work roster and reports directly to the HR & Admin Superintendent. The role
of this position is responsible to: • Develop and update HR Policy and
Procedures. • Gather all Department Manpower Planning documents and control
the implementation. • Plan, implement and monitor Performance Appraisal.
• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of succession plan. • Act as
a DOA while the HR Superintendent is offsite.
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following
qualifications and experience: 1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor
Degree in Social Sciences or relevant disciplines. 2. Minimum 5 years of
working experience in the related field. 3. Good knowledge and experience in
implementing System Development. 4. Sufficient knowledge on talent
management, HR development and Performance Management. 5. Excellent
communication skills, both written and verbal communication skills. 6.
Excellent in English, both verbal and written, at least for job introduction.
