Geotechnical Engineer
(Central Kalimantan)

Job Description and Responsibilities:
To perform geotechnical assessment, field monitoring, develop and produce standards in geotechnical related activities to ensure safe and environmentally reliable production, and providing geotechnical expertise and services to other departments. Requirements:
• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Geology/Mining/Civil Engineering
• Having “Pratama (POP) or Madya (PON)” Certification is preferable
• Have the ability to develop geotechnical standards, and conducting geotechnical assessment, and have knowledge of geotechnical and mine environmental in supporting mine production activities. With minimum of 3 years experiences
• Having Superior Skills in : Geotechnical drilling and surface sampling, filed mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells, installation and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope movement, Geotechnical analysis using of geotechnical software.
HR Supervisor
(Central Kalimantan)

Responsibilities:
• Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
• Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff Requirements:
• Min D-3/S1 any discipline
• Min 5 years experience
• Having knowledge and understanding in all HR function especially in Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, General Affair matters, Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation and Industrial Relation
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with plenty of data
• Good interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
• Willing to be located in Central Kalimantan

Land Compensation Officer
(Central Kalimantan)

Responsibilities:
• Maintaining good relationship with community leaders around ABB/ABJ Mining Area.
• Maintaining good relationship with local community/ village chef / district.
• Coordinate and controlling the development and implementation of community program as a part of CRS.
• Working as a individual and/or as a part of the team on external relations work.
• Ensuring land Compensation work, running smoothly based on community approach.
• Plan and liaise necessary permit for all scope of company operation.
• Provide all activities report. Requirements:
• Min S1 any discipline
• Have experience in mining area (Land Compensation) at least 5 years.
• Have a good communication
• Excellent interpersonal skills with people at all levels
• Good negotiator
MECHANICAL ENGINEER
(Central Kalimantan)

Requirements:
1. Male
2. Candidate must possess at least a bachelor”s degree in Mechanical Engineering
3. Having 3 years experiences in mechanical, conveyor and maintenance.
4. Having care of mine product.
5. Hardworking and able to work under pressure and self motivated and honest.
6. Highly motivate person, dynamic, energetic, self motivated and strong interpersonal.
7. Willingness to be placed in our sites (remote area) in Central Kalimantan
MINE ENGINEER Long Term
(Central Kalimantan)

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineer from a reputable University
2. Min 5 years of experience in coal mining operation
3. Knowledgeable in operating mining programs software, such as : Minescape, Surpac, etc
4. Proficient in survey instruments, etc
5. Computer literate
6. Good team-working skills
7. Good command in English both oral and written
8. Willing to be placed in site (Central Kalimantan)
9. Hold a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) Mining Indonesia competency certificate is an advantage.
MINE ENGINEER Short Term
(Central Kalimantan)

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineer from a reputable University

Sr. Technical Reporting
(Jakarta)

Main Responsibilities:
1. Prepare evaluation and analytical data from all units related to technical / operations based on RKAP for accurate annual and internal report to the company. Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree Mining Engineer
2. Min 3 years experience as Technical Reporting
3. High self motivation, good communication skills and attention to details.
4. Good knowledge in operating Ms. Office
5. Hard working, good initiative & teamwork.
Transshipment Assistant manager
(Jakarta)

Requirement:
o Male
o Minimum D-3/ S1 Degree in any discipline
o Shipping Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Junior Manager (subject to experience), preferably 5 years or more in coal shipping & transshipment
o Experience in managing shipment schedules (Mother Vessels/ Barges / Floating Cranes/ Jetty)
o Experience in reporting, compiling and analyzing shipment reports (pre/post/current conditions)
o Experience with monitoring loading process and cargo quality handling management at mother vessels/barges/floating cranes/jetty/anchorage
o Experience in managing all related shipping documents, contracts & admin (budget planning)
o Result & goal oriented, high mobility
o Coordination & people management skills
o Experience in managing and communicating shipping operation related correspondences (min English & Bahasa)
o Adaptive and work well with others under pressure (24 hour business)
