POSITIONS & QUALIFICATIONS 1. Mine Planning Supervisor (CODE : MP) a. Barchelor’s degree in Coal Mining Engineering b. Experience in regular update database of Coal mine planning c. Experience in develop 2 years rolling Coal mine plan d. Able to make report to all concerns and progress in Coal mining aspect e. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Coal Mine Plan 2. Project Planner (Scheduler) (CODE : PP) a. Min Barchelor’s Degree in Civil / Industrial Engineering b. 4 years of working experience in Preparing Project Schedule c. Create & Distribute Project Progress Reports d. Able to Analyze and report productivity and trends. e. Able to Analyze validity of project schedules h. Have Knowledge in Primavera Software 3. Department Head, Mine Planning Engineering (CODE:DHMPE) a. Barchelor’s degree in Mining Engineering b. 8 years experience as Coal Mine Plan Engineer c. Having experience in Mine Plan Preparation (yearly & quarterly) d. Have Knowledge in MineScape and Minex software e. having experience in technical aspect of Coal Mine Business 4. Project Manager Level - 1 (CODE : PM1) a. Min Barchelor’s Degree in Engineering b 15-20 years experience in engineering, construction and project management c. Min 10 years experience of project management in mining construction operations, engineering and project evaluation d. Manage and develop, BEK Stage #2 Project feasibility study e. Experience in capital project management, from USD100-200 Million a plus 5. Project Controls Engineer (CODE : PCE) a. Min Barchelor’s degree in Engineering b. 5-10 years working experience as project control engineer in Coal Process Plants c. Understand Cost Reporting & Control, primarily in the mining sector d. Understand regulatory requirements and industry practices in International markets e. Able to maintains the Cost Control Systems and man hour estimates for projects f. Skills in developing policy recommendations and intervention plans 6. Project QA (QC Engineer) (CODE : QA / QC) a. Min Barchelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Environmental/Health/Safety) b. Have Experience in Conduct Monthly Progress, Risk Analysis; Earn Value Analysis, Update Cash Flow c. Experience in Monitor, verify and ensure implementation of Quality Plans in Projects. e. At least 6 year(s) of working experience in Project Quality f. Develop Project Quality Plans, Procedures and Objectives including g. Have Knowledge in Primavera Software 7. Project Manager Level - 2 (CODE : PM2) a. Barchelor’s degree in Engineering b. >10 years experience in engineering, design, construction and project management. c. 5 years experience as construction and project manager c. Manage and develop, River Diversions : TCM/BEK, MM & TCM/BEK Haul Road Improvements Projects 8. Senior Structural, Mechanical & Piping Engineer (Code : SMPE) a. Min Barchelor’s degree in Engineering b. 10-15 years working experience as structural, mechanical & piping engineer c. Good understanding of 2D CAD and 3D computer-based plant design application d. knowledge of a variety of standard engineering methods, technologies and standards, including principles and practices in areas of engineering. 9. Civil, Structural, Mechanical & Piping Draftsman (CODE : CSMD) a. Min Barchelor’s Degree in Civil / Industrial Engineering b. Min 5-10 years of relevant experience in process plants c. understanding of the field of mechanical engineering primarily in the mining and metallurgical sector. d. Able to provide accurate engineering drawings, cost, implement and manage projects. e. Good understanding of 2D CAD and 3D computer-based plant design 10. Project Control Department Head (CODE : PCDH) a. Min Barchelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial/others), Business Studies b. At least 7 year(s) of working experience in Project Control Department c. conversant with the international quality & documentation standardization d.
