11. Senior Civil Structural Engineer (CODE : SCSE)
a. Min Barchelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
b. Min 10-15 years experience in Coal Process Plants
c. Good undersanding of 2D CAD and 3D computer-based plant design
d. Have a high understanding of SHE, within the mining and processing industry
e. Understand the field of Structural / Civil Engineering primarily in the mining sector
f. knowledge of engineering methods, principles & practices in engineering area 12. Marine & Logistic Manager (CODE : MM)
a. Barchelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial/Marine), Maritime Studies
b. Min 7 years experience in managing marine Logistic
e. Have a good skill about analytical and reporting support to the management
d. Have high Integrity, leadership skills, proactive and good communicator 13. Construction Manager (CODE : CM)
a. Barchelor’s degree in Engineering
b. Min 15 years experience in engineering, construction and project management
c. Min 10 years as construction & project manager in mining construction
d. Experience in capital project management, from USD100>200 million a plus 14. Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer (CODE : EIE)
a. Min Barchelor’s Degree in Engineering (Coal Mining)
b. Min. 10-15 years experience as electrical & intrumentation engineer
c. Able to interpret PLC, SCADA and Programming information
d. Extensive knowledge of a variety of standard engineering methods
e. Understand 2D CAD and 3D computer-based plant design 15. Internal Audit Officer (CODE : IA)
a. S1 Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mining/Mineral)
b. Min 4 years of working experience as Internal Auditor at Multinational Company or Finance
c. Required Skills : Strong Analytical Skill 16. Legal Manager (CODE : LCM)
a. S2 Business Law, International Law , Civil Law
b. 8 Years Experience in Business Law"
c. Understanding of company business process. Prefer backgrounds from mining company
d. Member of related association, i.e. Persatuan Advokat Indonesia, Perkumpulan Penasihat Hukum Internal Perusahaan, etc
e. Experienced in drafting, reviewing the proposed contract, monitoring the execution of the contract by the other party and give legal advice in accordance with user demand.
f. Drafting contract in English
g. To ensures suitability( compliance ) corporate activity that cover regulatory compliance, provide law opinion based on user’s requirement and litigation process 17. IT Infrastructure (CODE : IT)
a. Min S1 Computer Science/Information Technology
b. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in IT project Infrastructure
c. LAN/WAN/Wireless/Security System/PABX/Video Conference solutions
d. Knowledge in ITIL v.3 is advantage

a. Min S1 Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others), Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking

c. Have good working experience as project finance controller
d. Have experience in measuring monitoring and reporting of all projects in mining industry
e. Project Based ( contract )
f. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators. 20. HR Superitendent OD (Site Based) (CODE: HROD)
a. Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resource Management, Law, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
b. At least 4 year(s) of working experience in Human Resources. Ensure the availabilty of actual organization structure and job descriptions as well as proper job evalution for selected job positions
d. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
f. Willingly to be stationed in the site area
g. Roster available is 3 month in the field and 10 day off or 6 weeks in the field and 12 off GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
