• FIFO 8/6 Roster. Working back to back with existing Planner.
• Position is due to natural growth.

Role Brief:

 

In this role you will report into the Mobile Maintenance Superintendent and also work back to back with another Mobile Maintenance Planner on an 8/6 roster. The mine employs a flexible workforce on residential and FIFO based rosters.

 

The desires of the Maintenance manager, is to raise the bar on the planning with mobile maintenance equipment.

 

• FIFO based role, Options to DIDO
• 8/6 Roster
• Underground Mobile plant experience key.
• Strong process & work Management skills.
• Ideally Strong SAP knowledge detail planning
• Prefer Underground mining experience.
• Seeking candidate to drive process.
• Understanding with Life of mine and for casting budgets, looking at 2yr and 3yr + cycles.

 

The Opportunity:

 

This mining house has Australian and international mine operations. This is your opportunity to join this growing company at their main operation and be apart of profitable mining operation looking to keep building on its successful change management program.

 

Major Role Responsibilities: but not limited too.

 

• Short term maintenance planning and scheduling activities.
• Optimise the reliability and availability of the mobile fleet.
• Dealing with spares procurement and inventory consolidation, creating BOMs and maintenance strategies, liaising with local and interstate suppliers.
• Being on top of training and assessing personnel on mobile equipment and procedures.
• Help development of SWI’s as well as keeping the equipment register up to date.
