Legal Advisor (Job No. 888525) – Jakarta Based • Degree in Indonesian Law or Post graduate law qualification, and International qualification preference.
• Preferred have minimum at least 5 years legal experience with a law firm or in an in-house legal role.
• Skills in drafting and reviewing contracts – English and Indonesian;
• Good knowledge in legal and commercial. 2. Senior Business Development Representatives (Job No. 889083) – Jakarta Based • Preferred have relevant degree in formal education.
• Minimum 5 year’ experience in similar role in construction and mining industry,
• Experience with customer research management databases, relationship mapping, market segmentation and trade-off analysis experience is desirable, general knowledge in one or more of the following areas is desired: mining, construction engineering or oil & gas. 3. Manager Tender Construction (Job No. 840656) - Jakarta Based • An engineer or a suitably experience person with a minimum education of senior High School certificate.
• Appropriate Engineering Degree qualification.
• Minimum 15 years experiences construction experiences, minimum 5 years field experience and also minimum 5 years experiences in Project Management or Tendering role
• Desirable previous experience in Power Project or EPC Project.
• Familiar with Project management, scheduling, planning and reporting; Risk Management; Negotiation and Proposal writing & presentation, using applicable tools Industry knowledge desirable. 4. Supervisor External/Warranty Repair (Job No. 871694) – Balikpapan Based • Diploma/ Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 5 year experience in similar role.
• You should have extensive mechanical trade experiences; extensive Plant External Repair & Warranty experiences especially for Caterpillar product; exposure in maintenance management; familiar with component cost repair and quote analysis.
• Familiar with analysis & reporting; equipment maintenance background; methods, principles, and technique used in preventive maintenance; manage time and personal productivity.
• Manage the Components external repair at Caterpillar Dealer to ensure the estimated time completion, meet the best quality, and meet the effective cost. PEX component movement; manage Caterpillar component special warranty (extended and Prorate level III) meet the criteria of root cause category and summary the low hour failures to follow them up for the improvement and solution. 5. Specialist Training Rigging / Slinging /Chainsaw (Job No. 823101) – Balikpapan Based • Minimum Senior high school
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Operator Chainsaw and minimum of 1 year experience in Training or previous Supervisory experience required.
• Experienced to delivery & deliver of skills training in the civil jobs is preferred. 6. Coordinator Fuel System (Job No. 886756) – Balikpapan Based • Diploma/ Graduate in Technical / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience technical background and wealth experience in mining industry
• Have best practice of Fuel Bulk Facilities and handling including Flashing and Cleaning methodology. 7. Specialist Training Civil Construction (Job No. 888907) – Balikpapan Based
• Minimum education in Civil trade qualifications.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience the civil trade fields and/or 5 years’ experience in the field of training and development.
• You should strong communication skills (written & verbal), including good skills in English; Facilitation skills; Presentation Skills; knowledge of training & development process; strong trade competency requirement knowledge.
• Experience in civil works as Supervisor. 8. Supervisor Lifting (Job No. 890674) – Balikpapan Based • Required Thiess apprentice or extensive crane related experience, with Minimum 5 year experiences in maintenance lifting equipment.
• Experience working in around lifting equipment.
• Familiar with reporting; analysis; strong mechanical background; good in method, principle, and technique used in costing.
• Familiar how to safe crane operation, safe lifting methods, crane and lifting equipment maintenance, inspections and reporting. 9. Trade Officer - Mechanical (Job No. 763267) – Sangatta Project Based • Minimum Senior High School or Trade and / or mechanical engineering Qualifications or ex Thiess Apprentices with Minimum of 4 years’ experience within the mining industry as heavy equipment tradesman or as Supervisor/Lead Hand Mechanic.
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training.
• Experienced in Heavy earth moving equipment technical codes including truck and/or excavator/dozer/grader/wheel loader. 10. Officer Training Language (Job No.889032) – Sangatta Project Based • Minimum Tertiary Degree from English Education Study Program
• Has minimum 2 yrs experience in English language Teaching for Adult
• Had lived abroad in a English speaking country will be of advantage
• Has excellent skills in English (IELTS 6,5); has IELTS Certification; facilitation skills; has knowledge in training system principles & concept.General Qualification:
• Good communication skill in English (verbal & written) and Bahasa.
• Highly self-motivated, initiative, team player, and fast adapt.
• Good skill in computer, good in planning & organizing job.
• Interaction internal / external parties, diligent, good team work, loyal & good moral character.
