Maintenance Supervisor | Crushing & Screening

My client is urgently seeking a Fixed Plant Maintenance Supervisor for a busy Iron Ore Operation in the Pilbara. You will be back to back with another supervisor and reporting into the Superintendent on site managing a small team of 6.
Responsibilities will include:
This role is offered is FIFO (ex Perth only) with travel on company time.

Responsibilities will include:
- Maintenance of all fixed plant on site.
- Planning - both short and long term including shutdowns
- Achieving maintenance and production targets set including an ability to understand repair or replacement
- Management of crew (boilermakers and fitters) ensuring H&S Standards and procedures are met
- The ideal candidate will need a minimum 2 years as a fixed plant crushing supervisor (Iron Ore pref) and have excellent management and planning skills (SAP Preferable)
