We are seeking a talented leader to manage the Australian office of a global inspection service company within the Oil & Gas market.

Offering their services worldwide, our client is known as a world-leading expert in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and has offices in Canada, Norway France and Brazil. Due to their growth and client demands, they are opening an office in Perth, Western Australia this year.

They provide automated ultrasound testing (AUT), phased array ultrasound testing (PAUT), time of flight diffraction (TOFD) testing, internal rotary inspection system IRIS, eddy current testing (ECT), eddy current array (ECA) testing, remote field testing (RFT), and magnetic flux leakage (MFL) testing for client in the Oil & Gas industry. They also provide training on NDT technologies and inspection techniques, particularly for the most advanced ones.

Working alongside an experienced Sales Manager and reporting to the General Manager, based in Canada, you will act as an intermediary between the company's headquarters and the operations and personnel of the Australian office. As the Business Manager, you will also act as the official representative of the company for the clients and suppliers, and participate, if necessary, in negotiations with clients and suppliers. You will also ensure that the company complies with the ISO certification, as well as performing other business management and administrative duties as needs arise.

To be considered for this role, you will have strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills. Significant experience in a management position, within either the Oil & Gas and/or NDT sector is essential. You should also be able and willing to travel for work purposes, when necessary.
