The Company

The Role

You will take a strong lead in implementing all Health and Safety programs. You will take ownership of all safety procedures, training and ensure all personnel are suitably qualified. You carry out and review any risk assessments where necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Implement policies and Ship Business Management Systems
• Control and plan all HSEQ activites
• Responsible for discrepancies and accidents
• Ensure safety systems are up and running
• Arrange and control training sessions
• Create a safe working environment
• Make sure HSSE processes are followed
• Be the quality management representative
• Use cost effective problem solving
• Client liaison
• Oversee project lifecycle
• Manage team of Structural Engineers
• Provide structural management for projects
• Working closely with engineering team and other disciplines

Qualifications and Requirements:

• HSEQ qualification
• Previous experience with Vessels
• ISPS certification
• RCA experience
