Job Description
This is an urgent mandate, which will suit an experienced & accomplished Investment Management Operations Manager to join on either on a temporary or permanent basis to lead the firms middle to back office operations across all BAU activities.
Our client is embarking on an exciting times in-sourcing functions and investing more in-house which requires an experienced & accomplished Investment Management Operations Manager to drive and deliver this large scale transformation.
Working extensively with Front Office and the senior management team this role will be instrumental in shaping investment operations working closely with the change management team to build out the operational infrastructure and operating models to support new investment and delivery of seamless middle and back office operations.
The successful candidate will come from investment management background with hands-on experience and knowledge across Front to Back operational processes to support the Pooled Funds Investment Management team with exposure across multi asset classes.
Role responsibilities are wide and varied requiring prior experience of managing TPA relationships coupled with a detailed knowledge of Custody operations.
Although not essential, it would be a distinct advantage if candidates have had prior exposure to OTC Derivative processing.
Candidates will ideally have a degree within a financial discipline or equivalent qualification demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills to work across the firm and form part of the senior management team.
