Civil Engineer

Requirements for the role:
- Experience with managing a variety of civil and structural projects
- Ability to lead the entire process of the project build from; developing the design, managing the project budget and facilitating the build
- Mentoring graduate engineers and assisting other engineering disciplines
- Liaising with key stakeholders to define and implement effective and efficient engineering solutions
- Providing technical support to maintenance and operational personnel as required
- Developing robust working relationships with contractors and external departments
- Ensuring all work is performed in line with our OH&S requirements
- Degree or Tertiary Qualifications in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 3 + years experience within a operational setting
- Ideally previous onsite metallurgical/materials processing experience
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- High level of problem solving and analytical ability
- Dynamic, driven and goal focused approach
- Microsoft Office package (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Projects)
- Spacegas or other civil engineering software
- Autocad or Solidworks or other drafting software experience well regarded
- Ellipse experience – advantageous
