The Technology Division within Tatts Group is responsible for supplying the computing infrastructure to support the operations of the company. Our Technical Systems group is responsible for creating, delivering and maintaining shared infrastructure services that are capable of meeting the needs of the 6 strategic business units. This involves the creation of an integrated architecture, implementation of infrastructure projects and the maintenance and operation of the environment to meet defined service level agreements.
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Project Management Team located at Albion. Reporting to the Manager of the Project Management Office, this senior position will implement technical projects and solutions to meet business needs. Qualifications or demonstrated experience in a similar role using agile methodologies practiced in a large scale complex corporate environment is essential, with PimBok and Prince II well regarded.
The successful Senior Project Manager will have great interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a dynamic environment. Strong management and negotiation skills are required as infrastructure projects impacts a number of key stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities include:
- Working with stakeholders to project manage infrastructure related IT projects and determine project requirements.
- Assisting the team manager to develop project management methodologies and defining project tasks, resources and budget
- Managing, monitoring, and reporting on deliverables
- Coordinate assigned resources to delivery.
- High level of consultative, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Developed information analysis skills
- Basic finance, and budgeting skills
- Solid business analysis skills
- High level problem solving and decision making
- Exceptional planning and organisational qualities.
