Job Description

Aston Recruitment are working in partnership with a legal firm in Perth. A progressive and successful firm working on a wide range of matters across all aspects of commerical and dispute resolution law. They are now looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Dispute Resolution Lawyer in their West Perth offices.

The key role will see you responsible for providing commercially focused advice to a broad client base of high net worth indivuiduals, SME's, government bodies and listed corporations.

You will be required to draft and negotiate a range of commerical documents, cross sell other business services to the firm's clients and focus on servicing the firm's existing client base, as well as growing your networks.

This role requires a talented, proactive professional with excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for mentoring junior practitioners. You will have extensive exposure to a range of commercial and corporate litigation matters, including Court experience.

Our client provides a supportive working environment making the team work well together. You will have real attention to detail and have demonstated business development skills to help continue the growth of their practice.
