Job Description

Job Responsibilities
1) Position Summary
You will be in charge of Emagazine or Mail Forwarding Services as engineer, both of them are email platform service for entire Rakuten Group.
You will engage the development and operations of the mail delivery system, the email magazine authoring system, the mesasurement of effectiveness system, the permission database management system and so forth.
And, you will be in charge of service/system packaging and supporting for expanding our service to over subsidiaries.

And you will experience desining/developing/operating the large scale system and the Hadoop clusters.

Job Requirements
3) Minimum Qualifications
・Over 3 years work experience of software development or system operations.
・Communication skill.
・Positive attitude to work.
・Knowledge/Experience about Linux and Shellscript

4) Preferred Qualifications
・Experience for cordinating something with a lot of people / department.
・Experience of system development and operations.
・Knowledge of Email and SMTP(Simple Mail Transfer Protocol)
・Experience of system development and operations of Hadoop cluster.
・Experience of data mining.
・Experience of Java, Ruby/JRuby and Perl.

5) Communication Language
・English: Bussiness level
・Japanse: Conversational level
・Have TOEIC score over 650
