We are looking for an experienced Tools Software Engineer.

In this role you will be embedded with the studio supporting the entirety of the team with tools and process improvements solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent industry experience
  • A strong understanding of process improvement
  • Experienced with designing and building tools and client server architecture
  • Ability to identify, collect and document requirements and feedback
  • Demonstrated problem solving and innovation skills
  • Professional experience with C++ and C#
  • Experience with Perl/Python required
  • Experience with the LAMP stack preferred
  • Experience with version control and build systems
  • Ability to work independently with minimal outside supervision.
  • Strong ability to self-manage and prioritize work effectively within deadlines.
  • Customer interaction experience a plus

    SCOPE & IMPACT:
  • Integrate systems and tools into existing code base and processes
  • Maintain tools, integration, and technologies to support highly reliable environment.
  • Monitor tools usage and assess return on investment
  • Understand and follow standard software engineering processes and best practices for requirements, design, implementation and testing.
  • Continuous, front-line communication with all customers on goals and strategy
  • Contribute to the company’s tools strategy
