An opportunity has arisen for a mining engineer to join an established gold owner operator with operations in the Kalgoorlie area. The role is a short term contract on site with a strong Australian presence and world wide operations.
The role will be a senior position reporting to the mine manager and with responsibility of a team of engineers. Responsibilities include:
The successful candidate will be and established underground mining engineer with a tertiary Qualification in Mining Engineering and a proven track record in a similar role. You will have excellent knowledge and experience in Drill & Blast and Long-term Planning and have a good working knowledge of underground mining cycle and procedures.
Competitive Hourly rate.

- Planning including Reserve Assistance
- Leading & mentoring Drill & Blast Engineers
- Drill & Blast Design
