Not a mining giant - more direct access to the board and upper management to have your agenda/ideas pushed through. International resources available, so scope and budget to make changes. Manage 6 expat and local Geologists ranging from 3 to 6 years’ experience Hit the ground running without needing to ‘spoon feed’. Change in strcuture will make this a move to Superintendent by 2014. FIFO to established camp. To be considered bring upwards of 10 years open pit geology experience in precious or base metals.
