The ASG Account Manager position is expected to drive revenue and advertiser satisfaction through the profitable delivery of service across all online products and, to focus on top-tier advertisers and agencies. The Account Manager will leverage online media, client service, and analytical experiences to help clients and Sales partners develop, execute, optimize and up-sell digital campaigns that cross Premium Display and Network Display. The Account Manager will also drive client engagement, inform campaign strategy and ensure that clients achieve optimal results against their goals by improving eCPM, ROI, click through, conversion rates and other key KPIs through a variety of mechanisms including keyword & display performance optimization, bid & budget management, and creative development & optimization.

This position will partner closely with the Sales organization and will also be responsible for testing and iterating service models designed to meet the needs of their given customer segment.

Primary Responsibilities:
•Provide world-class scaled service to a portfolio of advertisers and agencies.
•Partner with Sales in pre-sales engagement work including developing proposals and campaign strategies that tie tightly with each client’s media plans.
•Drive against both aggressive ‘all-up’ revenue targets in partnership with Sales and product-specific goals established by the Business Group around both core Display offerings in Brand Reserve and Network, and new / incubated products like Mobile, Massive and more.
•Drive established goals across relevant KPIs and balance business yield focused eCPMs with client desired metrics.
•Plan, execute and report on advertising campaigns spanning brand, audience, and performance display including:
•Front-line client relations for servicing and management
•On-boarding new customers and agencies
•Utilizing advanced analytics to identify opportunities for current and prospective customers
•Setting up accounts and developing customized campaign strategies
•Data conversion for customers advertising with competitors
•Coordinating creative upload and editorial review
•Proactively trouble-shooting the approval process for the creative upload
•Establishing targeting parameters
•Forecasting budgets
•Campaign and budget optimization
•Post campaign reporting, analysis and up-sell
•Front-line client contact for billing and invoice inquiries
•Partner with Sales using an effective Account Planning approach to prioritize across portfolio to maximize ‘aggregate portfolio revenue and profitability goals across all products; provide ongoing feedback on efficacy of approach to help refine.
•Provide industry insights and use established tools to highlight significant trends and to ensure profitable delivery of quality service to the customers.
•Develop deep understanding of clients’ ROI / CPA goals, website architecture, product / service rhythm, marketing strategy and demographics.
•Identify opportunities for performance improvement and upsell.
•Ensure fiscal responsibility by proactively monitoring budgets and reviewing all contracts and invoices.
•Drive resolution of escalated customer issues directly or with support of management and Sales partners.
•Develop and leverage expert knowledge and understanding of all internal systems to respond to general and specialized client requests including billing inquiries, fraud inquiries, relevancy issues, etc.
•Provide ‘voice of the customer’ product feedback and drive feature request prioritization to Dev partners through Service Planning channels.
•Effectively utilize Search data / understanding of customers’ Search marketing strategy to engage more deeply on our Display offering.
•Build cross group relationships to improve team efficiencies and ensure tight connection with broad array of functional partners.
•Improve the customer experience through development and iteration of more effective / efficient standardized processes via individual project responsibilities and partnerships.
•Maintain and update proficiencies in the digital advertising space in both display and search marketing.
•Limited travel to sales / client offices or events may be required.

Education and Qualifications
•BS/BA or equivalent experience required
•2+ years experience in client service of either paid search or display advertising campaigns required
•4+ years technology or online advertising industry experience preferred
