6. Placement in mining site HSE Supervisor/Superintendent The HSE Supervisor/ Superintendent are reporting to Superintendent / Manager HSE Division. Responsible for Design, implement, communication, coordination, monitoring, evaluating and audit Environmental, health, and Safety programs. Qualification:
1. Male/Female
2. S1 degree HSE or any major relevant
3. At least 4 years for Supervisor and 7 years for Superintendent of working experience in the same position in mining industry
4. Having the knowledge and skill HSE Management, and systems Audit
5. Having POP and AK3 certification

Responsible for Develop, implement, and monitor the program reclamation the entire site including physically activity and preparing budget, making monthly evaluation reports of reclamation, perform technical guidance throughout the implementation of the reclamation entire site starting from the pre-mining, mine out, nursery, planting reclamation, plant maintenance to post-mining, coordination with the consultants in order to oversee the preparation of the environmental impact of good and perfect.Qualification:

2. S1 degree environment, forestry, agronomy or any major
3. At least 5 years of working experience in the same position
4. Having AMDAL course

Responsible for verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurement and calculation conducted at survey site, record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, evaluation, and dimension of land or land feature, and supervise preparation of all data.Qualification:
1. Male
2. Diploma /SMK surveying
3. At least 2 years of working experience in the same position
4. Able to mapping land acquisition and drafting
5. Able to operating computer application and survey tools.

Self-motivated and able use initiative CSR Manager/ Superintendent Reports to General Manager External Relation related to documenting activities, standardizing departmental report and tracking gaps in services. The CSR Manager will collaborate with governmental and other non-profit organizations (LSM) to implement priority community development projects. She/He also conduct research, share information about community development funding opportunities and serve as technical assistant and consultant to local communities. Duties and Responsibilities
• Understand communication concepts.
• Responsible for establishing and developing a CSR strategy in accordance with the vision and mission of the company.
• Responsible for monitoring and evaluation of programs and strategy predetermined CSR.
• Ensuring all programs and CSR strategy running accordance with the plans.
• Build relationships with individuals and rural communities to learn about their project ideas.
• Coordinate and helps implement community and economic development project.
• Create a system for tracking community plans.Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in economic, social science, public administration or other relevant field.
2. Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
3. Five to seven work experience in planning, economic, and community development in Mining company or Plantation Company.
4. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail.
5. Strong organizational.
6. Able to work independently, as part of a team, and across departments.
7. Willing to be located in site mining Loading Master The Loading Master is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and accurate movement, unloading and loading of bulk carrier at the refinery jetty, make sure the process of loading at the port can running well, and make supervision from HSE aspect for all process.Qualification:
1. Male
2. Diploma Nautika
3. Min. 3 years experience in similar position, fresh graduates are welcome.
4. Having min. ANT III certification
5. Having knowledge on Safety /K3
6. Mature, self-motivated and good interpersonal skill
7. Willing to be posted in mining site
