Job Description

An exceptional international career development opportunity is currently available within the CCA Group based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Indonesia is a strategically important, major growth market for our business and applications are being sought for the role of CFO Indonesia for an expatriate assignment, as the incumbent CFO transitions back into the wider CCA Group.


Reporting to the President Director of CCA Indonesia, we are seeking an experienced and energetic senior finance professional who can display initiative, passion and a natural ability in addressing “hands on” issues, delivering high quality outcomes in a fast paced and results driven environment. As this is a key territory for the business and the role works closely with our regional operations, there are strong reporting lines and responsibilities into the CCA Group CFO.

The scope of the role will include:
  • Responsibility for financial, secretarial, management reporting, planning, taxation and treasury for CCA Indonesia
  • Working closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Marketing and Operations in a business planning and review framework to optimise performance whilst providing effective financial control
  • Providing effective leadership, across both the finance team and Indonesia leadership group, with a strong mentoring and coaching approach
Due to the scale and span of control of this opportunity, we are seeking a person with maturity, strong leadership and commercial acumen with the confidence to contribute to the total business and its objectives. As a change agent, your strengths include driving key strategic initiatives and projects whilst forging strong and credible relationships across a wide audience.

Experience in a senior commercial finance role at either major business unit or country level is essential, as is an Australian, NZ or Indonesian CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent), and experience in FMCG would be desirable. You will also possess a minimum of 15 years accounting and commercial experience, significant exposure in managing a large finance team, a proven track record of contribution to business growth and profitability and an understanding of/experience in the challenges of living and working in a foreign country. This role represents an opportunity to accelerate your career in a key growth area of CCA, with a clear path for succession into future senior leadership roles across the CCA Group.

The position attracts a competitive remuneration package including expatriate benefits consisting of full relocation, housing & cost of living assistance, home leave, schooling etc. It is envisaged that the initial appointment will be for a period of 3 years
