Job Description



  • Achieving assigned sales revenue targets for assigned accounts
  • Area of responsibility includes greater Europe
  • Maintaining existing accounts and developing business relationships with key accounts
  • Developing new accounts based on self-generated leads, and leads provided within the Company
  • Understanding customer organizations by department, function, and overall organizational structure.
  • Mastering basic features and benefits of the Company’s cabling infrastructure solutions offering.
  • Effectively utilizing sales resources provided by the Company.
  • This position would be based in the London area

Desired Skills & Experience



  • Demonstrated track record of successful sales in the Data Center market space of fiber optic and copper cabling infrastructure, cabinets, power distribution solutions and professional services.
  • Highly developed knowledge of the Data Center industry
  • Fully developed tactical sales skills including prospecting, qualifying, closing, and growing existing customers
  • Strong communications and presentation skills
  • Excellent time and territory management skills
  • Computer skills including email and Microsoft Office programs
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • MBA degree is a plus.
· Datacom, Telecom industry experience. Successful candidate shall have existing Data Center contacts and shall be able to demonstrate an ability to provide immediate introductions of Methode DSG sales management teams in the short term, i.e. 60 to 90 days after hire date.

Travel is expected and is estimated at a minimum of 50% in this position.
