01. MANAGER - ACCOUNTING & TAX
o Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/ Post Graduate
Degree, in Finance/ Accountancy/ Taxation or equivalent. o Required skill(s)
Accounting, Taxation, Finance Management and financial analysis, Team Leader,
Decision Making. o At least 10 years of experience in Accounting/ Audit Firm
or Mining Companies. Familiar with IFRS, Indonesia Taxation and Mining
Regulation. o Demonstrated high level of leadership and managerial skills
with a minimum of 5 years prior supervisory/ management experience. o
Demonstrated extensive background in the financial area including financial
analysis, financial reporting, financial modeling, tax reporting.
02. MANAGER - INTERNAL AUDIT
o Tertiary qualifications (S1 degree) in business management/ accounting,
Master degree is preferred. o At least 10 (ten) years internal audit
experience. Ideally in a large scale corporate environment covering operational,
risk, assurance audits as well as audit work at a recognized senior level and
exposure to the oil, gas or mining industries. o Managerial and supervisory
experience. o Project management skills. o Attention to detail together
with analytical and problem solving skills. o Hold professional/ expertise
certification from recognized professional institution (such as Certified
Internal Auditor from The Institute of Internal Auditor).
03. SENIOR SPECIALIST – GENERAL TRAINING
o A bachelor”s degree in human resources management, education or social
sciences, or studies with core concentrations in human resources management or
business. o Considerable experience in the delivery of managerial and
leadership subjects (as a trainer for minimum 5 years). o Have knowledge of
adult learning theory, the methods and principles of curriculum and training
design, and the best practices for teaching groups and individuals. o
Instructional and facilitation skills. o Time management, analytical
thinking and problem solving skills. o Ability to formulate learning
objectives, to evaluate training effectiveness, and to assess training needs.
o Have the ability to instruct and communicate with organizational personnel
regarding training needs for management.
04. ENGINEER - MECHANICAL
o Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering. o Experience in heavy
equipment maintenance. o Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and
maintain customer relations. o Knowledge and ability to implement safety
policies & procedures. o Have good knowledge and experience in
mechanical installation techniques and standards. o Have high personal
energy level and enthusiastic to work in a dynamic project environment.
05. PROJECT ENGINEER - MECHANICAL
o Minimum 3 (three) years working experience in mechanical disciplines
(preferably coal fire power plant construction/ operation, rotating machinery)
with sufficient exposure to capital projects. o Understand project
management tools and techniques. o Knowledge and experience in equipment
installation techniques and standards. o Familiar/ experience working in a
dynamic project environment.
06. SECRETARY - MANAGER
o Minimum D3 Secretary Academy graduate or equivalent, plus minimum 3 years
of experience in secretarial duties. o Written and oral communication skills
in Bahasa and English (minimum Level 6). o Skills in standard office
software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). o Knowledge of office practices and
administrative procedures. o Ability to keep confidentiality of sensitive
information. o Responsiveness, work accuracy, initiative, creativity,
assertiveness, patience, flexibility.
07. ENGINEER - MINING
o Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering. o Having 2 years”
experience in Mine technical engineering position with practical production
experience an advantage. o Excellent skills in computing and data analysis
programmers. o Having experience in using MINEX software. o Excellent
planning, analytical, organization and problem solving skills together with
mechanical aptitude to solve technical difficulties.
08. PROJECT SUPERVISOR - CIVIL
o S1 degree in Civil Engineering o Having min 3 years plus of relevant
industry/ management experiences, and having budgeting skills are essential for
senior position. o Extensive experience and proven skills in Civil
Engineering/Construction and/or earthmoving industries. Having experience in
Civil Projects at mining industry will be an advantageous. o Ability to work
with a diverse team of professionals and equipment operators. o Analytical,
problem solving skills together with aptitude to solve technical difficulties.
09. SUPERINTENDENT – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
o Bachelor Degree (S1) in (Law, Social Science, Psychology or Mass
Communication) with 7 – 9 years working experience in industrial relation o
Strong knowledge of Manpower Regulations of Indonesia. o Capability to do
negotiation in conflict and pressure situation. o Maintain good relation
with officials from the Department of Manpower, Disnaker, Industrial Relation
Court and all Unions in KPC as well as with KPC employees.
10. PROJECT ENGINEER – ELECTRICAL (POWER)
o Bachelor Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years in
electrical engineering of relevant mining / industry experiences. o Have an
understanding of how to manage projects, including engineering , procurement and
construction of fixed plant”s electrical and control systems.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Good communication in both written and
spoken English 2. Good interpersonal and organizational skills 3. Highly
self-motivated and strong analytical skills 4. Computer literate (MS Office)
5. Creative, self-starter, team player and having self-integrity
