Customer Support Helpdesk Technician - Retail / Banking / LeisureCoventry, West Midlands
£15,000 - £17,500 DOE Plus Pension, 25 Days' Holiday
Our client is the UK's leading manufacturer of intelligent cash handling equipment. With customers in the retail, banking and leisure industries, their products enhance security, reduce shrinkage and deliver process efficiencies. An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Customer Support Helpdesk Technician to join their team.
This is the ideal role for a customer service and support professional looking to develop their career with a dynamic and expanding company who both encourage and reward their employees.
As a Customer Support Helpdesk Technician, you will be responsible for providing vital support to customers via the telephone. Acting as the first point of contact for customers, you will ensure that a first class standard of service is provided at all times.
Primarily handling support enquiries using a web based helpdesk system, you will resolve any customer queries regarding our client's innovative range of products. Additionally, you will offer both pre and post sales support to ensure maximum levels of customer satisfaction.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Previous customer service and support experience
- Experience of working within the retail, banking or leisure industries
- A proven track record of conducting diagnostic interviews
As a Customer Support Helpdesk Technician, you must possess superb communication skills, coupled with a friendly and professional telephone manner. Self motivated and logical, you must be customer focused and possess excellent problem solving skills.
Please note, candidates must live within a commutable distance of Coventry, or being willing to relocate.
