Main Responsibilities Include:
People Management:
* Recruit, motivate, develop and manage a team of more than 100 members
Sales and Profit Development:
* Deliver UNIQLO's fundamental principles of customer service
* Manage store sales and profitability
* Guarantee the highest level of shop floor standards
Product Management:
* Set action plans to optimize product and stock management
* Visual merchandising
Develop a global perspective * Thrive in an international work environment
* Immerse yourself in a new and exciting cultural experience
* Develop a balance of strong business acumen and interpersonal skills

- All positions are based in London (+3 months training in Japan)
